Claire and Mark were most welcoming upon our arrival at their Guest House. We were shown to our en-suite room with a view which was overlooking the seafront and the Esplanade. It was beautifully clean and bright with wall mounted television and tea/coffee making facilities set on the dresser with drawer space and a free standing mirror. A hair dryer...

Our 5 day stay from 5th to 10th September was our second visit and once again we were not disappointed. Mark and Claire are fantastic hosts, being friendly and very helpful with any questions we had. The breakfasts were beautifully cooked and Mark remembered after the first day that I like my tomatoes uncooked. Its small things like this that...

The owner was absolutely brilliant and the bed and breakfast really followed suit. I didn't know what to expect when I first arrived but after seeing the room it was fabulous. (Room 12). It had a gorgeous sea view and everything within suited it's purpose perfectly. Breakfast was brilliant and rooms cleaned daily.

The Cumberland Hotel is a lovely family run hotel right on the seafront in Weymouth. The hosts really make this place special. The breakfast is probably the best in the U.K. There is lots of very thoughtful little touches, like free chilled bottled water, and sweets on the bed. We were fossil hunting along the Jurassic Coast, and found the...
