As the title implies the service was excellent, from the moment I first booked for a party of 16. I had to make a few changes a long the way including a change of date. They went out of their way to be helpful and accommodate us. This quality of service continued throughout the weekend, with a warm friendly greeting...

Was part of a coach party of 25 and found the Fairview situated right by the beach and town centre so great location for those of my fellow travellers unable to walk long distances. My room was pretty basic but kept spotless during my 5 day stay. Food was very good and entertainment (not really my cup of tea) was...

Arrived and checked in pretty quick. We didn't use the parking permit as there as no where to park. Navigating our way to the room was a different story. We had to go along different corridors, down stairs. Dread to think if there was a fire and you had to get out quickly. The room was ok. The bed was...

Clean and tidy. Old fashioned decor and furniture. Shower awful it trickled out. Noisy at night due to location which is right in seafront. Breakfast ok for 2 star rating. Ok for one night stop. Staff friendly, polite and helpful.

We were after a basic hotel with a good bed and a decent breakfast... we definitely got basic! The room - well, what can I say! We had a beautiful view of a brick wall. Which we could see all night long as the curtains were 2 inches too short for the window (to be fair, when I mentioned this...

If you like a good nights sleep on a weekend then take a room in the middle of the building. I got a lovely big room with a sea view and loved it! Even managed to get parked just outside. Then the night monsters! They ran amok outside for about 3 hours! Shouting, swearing et al. Now double glazing would...

An AA** rated hotel, which I presume meant a pretty amazing hotel. On arrival, greeted by a reception room full of elderly people. Nice lady at the reception explained the parking permit and said my room was on the second floor. The second floor was like a maze! Rooms going off every direction, up and down stairs. My room appeared...

Absolutely loved our one night stay. We booked last minute and paid only £54 for 2 adults and a baby. Fantastic location right in the centre. Parking options too for free. The breakfast and service was lovely, we had haddock and eggs. The room was spacious and we could set up our cot bed. Very quite. Clean and tidy. Old...

Stayed here for one night over the weekend and check-in was quick and easy and the staff friendly. The room we had was basic but was clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean but the noise of the fan was really annoying as it was just so loud, so was a problem when using the bathroom in...
