Stayed at the Fairfield the hotel is in a good position on the sea front. We found the rooms clean but a bit dated. The food was good but the service was atrocious, staff were stood around talking instead of serving the meals at one point everyone on tour table had finished and we had not even been served the... Whilst this wasn't a terrible hotel, there were a few things that left a lot to be desired in my opinion. If you want a quiet night then make sure you insist on a room in the middle of the hotel building (ie not looking out over the front or over the back streets). Weymouth is extremely noisy at night... The staff were all very friendly, helpful and polite. The rooms, were comfortable. The food was really lovely, both tasty and plenty of it. Restaurant staff were particularly good and nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend this hotel to families and adult parties. It is very close to the shops and harbour. The only downside was the sound... More

Room clean and tidy near to the harbour where there is live music, the beach is over the road allowing a fantastic view. The breakfast was freshly cooked and plentiful. I would highly recommend this hotel for all ages. Having stayed here previously when it was full the service was unaffected a polite, skilful team ensuring your stay goes without... More

the room was awful, right up on top floor, so claustrophobic as were the stairways and hallways, to say it needs updating is an understatement, which is such a shame as the staff were lovey and the food was great, and the perfect location right opposite a beautiful beach, and some god fun in the evenings too

Stayed 1 night check in good and room was very clean staff friendly breakfast was also very good plenty to choose from and nothing was to much trouble for the waitresses. You get a parking permit so you can park on the street its £20 deposit which you get back when you hand the permit back. Will stay here again.

Well we had a twin room it was a treat for my Birthday lovely clean room, bathroom was spotless. The view was not good which spoilt it a bit as it was a side view just other buildings. The beds were so soft we slept rather badly as we just prefer firmer mattresses.we stayed for two days the hotel staff... More

We travelled as part of a coach tour, and stayed for four nights. The hotel is on the promenade and is ideally situated for all amenities. We had a sea-view room, with a bay window, which gave us a fantastic, panoramic view of the whole bay. The room was very clean, fairly well-appointed and had a really comfortable bed. The... More
