Undercooked food, once with a small extra on the plate. Elderly chap who was rude when we asked for a fresh pot of tea and it was the second time it was requested. Room left a lot to be desired and the two pillows, on our bed, were so thin that they were non-existent. The same elderly chap left us...

Second time at Crown Hotel what a difference staff can make they all went above and beyond to assist guests,rooms were great with baths in ensuites, breakfasts were excellent setting up the day.Reception staff really helpful particularly at the end of the long summer season well worth a visit

Just spent a long weekend with a coach party for Tinsel and Turkey. Our room was fine, fairly close to the lift, on the second floor. As we sleep with window open was quite noisy but it was Halloween weekend. We didn't mind this but could upset some folks. The beds were really comfy, and plenty of cupboard space etc....

stayed in this hotel on a Friday and Saturday night room was spacious and very clean I had a room which was faceing the main road no 45 the problem here is there is a night club oppisate which doesn't close till 4am and can get very noisy. good location central to bars and restaurants, breakfast was good fair sized...

This hotel is very central to all amenities close to the harbour when booking you can ask for a car park pass , if not available to ask at reception and pay£20 which is refundable on leaving. The rooms are very clean and comfortable they food was very good my only criticism was the waiter we had to serve us...

Ok where do I start... on arrival got ignored by 2 members of staff on reception for a few minutes, checked in, handed key and told room number asked which way to room and greeted with sigh and pointing of 'stairs that way and lift that way'. Room was ok carpet could do with replacing not cleaning other than that...

I stayed here for two nights, nice hotel and friendly staff. Breakfast was very good and lots of it. It would be a good hotel to stay on holiday as it is in a good location. There is a nice bar with good beer and staff.
