Incredible value for money, although we got our one night stay with Groupon. We were met by the very lovely John who gave us great advice about our walk around Portland. We parked literally outside the door and given a parking permit which was a real bonus. The guest house is in a great location with Al Molo at the...

We arrived late in the evening, however this was not a problem and were warmly welcomed by the hotel owner upon arrival. John (B&B Manager) was an excellent host. Very knowledgeable about the area (local buses, walking routes, etc.), helpful and friendly. The B&B itself is very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable - everything you could need for...

Host John was extremely helpful and friendly. A pleasant dog friendly lodge in a great situation to the sea, harbour and shops and restaurants. Lodge was clean and tidy and reasonably priced.Parking outside of the lodge.

Was pleasantly surprised with this B&B as it was excellent, the host was very helpful and informative and there was nothing he couldn't do to help us. The host even looked after our bags on the final day so we could enjoy the day and pick them up in the afternoon. We received a room upgrade which was a very...

Timrick lodge is ideally located for the Heart of Weymouth. The place is easy to find, parking is all arranged, the place is very nice, extremely clean. The room is spacious, my only complaint was the ensuite. I am an average sized male and could not fit Inisde. Thankfully there is another toilet nearby which was fine. They were refurbishing...

John the manager was a friendly host and nothing was to much trouble for him if we needed anything. We will be definitely booking another stay next month. Thank you John...

Made a last minute booking and throughly enjoyed our stay here. John the host, was charming and very accommodating. Can not recommend this place enough its clean, quiet and in an ideal location. Previous reviews are from when the lodge was under different owners and do not reflect the positive changes that have happened recently.

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Purchased by brand new owners in July 2016, with 18 years of hotel experience behind them, this guesthouse has received a new lease of life! After having undergone an extensive refurbishment from new en-suites to re-plastering to new carpets and furniture we are confident that we are providing a clean and comfortable nights stay. Located just 1 minute from the Seafront and a 5 minute walk away from the town centre we are close to all the local attractions and in an ideal location. Each bedroom has a seaside beach theme which looks fresh, bright and slightly quirky. We have a Coffee/Breakfast Lounge, which guests are invited to relax in throughout the day. We serve both cooked breakfasts or continental breakfasts here although you can book either a Continental Hamper or a Hot tray to be delivered to your room. We provide free WiFi and free on street parking although we recommend that you book your parking with us. We are also child and pet friendly. ... more   less
