Great secluded hotel. Lovely pool and great views over the coast. I spent a good afternoon in the pool just having a dip, it was bliss. Lovely owner who is very nice. Great breakfast, very nice portion and quality ingredients. Can't wait to go back sometime.

We had the most amazing time celebrating our wedding with our family and friends. The owners agreed that we could hire their lawn for our marquee and their self-catering apartments for our guests. Everyone could benefit from the most beautiful views. Olivia and Kevin were extremely friendly and open to any of our suggestions. That's why it was the perfect...

We stayed at the large house with our family totalling twenty two. The welcome from Olivia and Kevin was more than could be expected. We had arrived mid morning and were welcomed to use the property immediately and were offered welcoming drinks. Throughout the stay at this fabulous property nothing was to much trouble for our hosts! The pool, gardens,...

We arrived on Friday and received a warm welcome from our host who showed us to our holiday accommodation. This was a lovely flat which looked out over Portland Harbour. We spent a fantastic week (for the second time) here together as a family. Nothing was too much trouble, we had parking, full use of the pool, gardens and barbeque...

We stayed in the ground floor two bedroom flat. The facilities were excellent-clean, well-appointed and very comfortable. The garden gave a warm heated swimming pool, uninterrupted views of Portland Bay and access to a small private beach. The accommodation was dog-friendly and very welcoming. It was quiet, but only 10-12 minutes walk from the town. The bedding was excellent quality,...

Having returned for a second stay at Glenthorne, we were very pleased to be reminded of a lovely Victorian building in a fantastic setting, hearty and quality breakfasts, and most importantly, a friendly and informal welcome. Nothing seems to be too much of a bother for our hosts, and there is an atmosphere of relaxed creativity in the house. The...

We spent a delightful weekend at this friendly bed and breakfast which also has several apartments. It is incredibly convenient from London and tucked away in a quiet part of Weymouth on a bay which has a sort of 50's unspoilt charm. The hosts are most friendly and helpful and the full English breakfast is of generous proportions. It is...

We had a two-night stay at Glenthorne Castle Cove. The location is very good, and there is plenty of parking. The people who own it are very nice and helpful. The amenities are very good too - there is a heated pool, a table tennis table, and best of all a private beach. There is a sitting room for guests,...
