As we had such a good time at the Chatsworth last year we returned this November for our mid-week break. We weren't disappointed, David and Lynn as lovely as ever, we even had the same room, No 1 overlooking the harbour, fabulous. The breakfasts were great, plenty to eat and drink, very nice coffee. Looking forward to next year.

This was our 3rd weekend stay here at the Chatsworth, Ian was away so we were looked after by his lovely mother, what a sweet and friendly woman. All of the rooms here are clean, well furnished and cosy with a very reasonable price per night. Breakfast was hot and yummy!!! Would recommend as I cannot wait to go back!

Our hosts at the Chatwsworth for our week long stay were David & Lynn and what hosts they were, nothing was too much trouble for them. They gave great advice on where to visit, and where the best local bars and restaurants could be found. The Chatsworth was more like a Home from Home than a Hotel. We had room... More

We were attending a family party and wanted a reasonably priced hotel for 2 nights. The rooms (2 and 5) were a good size and lovely bed linen and coordinating cushions. Both rooms faced the sea and views of Weymouth bay. Only two negatives were traffic noise, as it is in the heart of the town and secondly shower area... More

I would like to point out that the hosts are very friendly. The breakfast is very good. More choice of fruits, a better choice of yoghurts, a croissant (even a wrapped one) would have made it perfect. I travel a lot - other b&b provide it. The coffee was not good - even if popular with other guests. I liked... More

Great location, beach one side, old harbour behind. Comfortable beds, nicely furnished, lovely breakfast. Loud music at front from live bands on beach and fairground rides, because of carnival, but all was quiet by 10.30pm. Made very welcome, and the reserving of 2 car-parking spaces nearby was most appreciated, since we five arrived during carnival. Lovely terrace for breakfast, or... More

The Chatsworth is right at the end of the Esplanade, on the north side of the harbor. It is convenient for reaching the south side, which I preferred to the north, and for the buses, although it is a bit of a trek from the train station. My room was on the first floor, with trees blocking any real view... More
