I found it with difficulty, having looked at the map before setting off. It's a short drive from Beverly and they have ample parking by the hotel. My room was very reasonable and the bathroom was huge. I had afternoon tea on the terrace and the waiter told me he had worked on cruiseships before settling down. Travelling alone can...

Hi Andy Thank you for taking the time to write a lovely review for us. I know from experience how travelling on your own can feel, so I will let Liam know that you enjoyed chatting to him. Delighted too that everything we offered you was well received. As a bread lover, I am pleased you appreciated this too!

There is something wonderful about being cosy inside whilst there is 'weather' outside, and I am so pleased that you had a wonderful lunch with us, aided in a strange way by Storm Doris. I hope you will call and see us again when the weather is better and you can sit outside and enjoy our lovely gardens as well...

We stayed here for one night. The hotel is an old house, with various extensions and is quite quirky. The rooms are on different levels, so apart from the main staircase, there are little steps up and down to various rooms. Could be a challenge for someone who is less mobile. However, there were rooms outside the main house on...

We visited for a family gathering in Beverley. Our room (6) was quite small, but adequate for a single nights stay. The bed was standard double and was quite firm. I didn't ask if they had any rooms with a king size bed but would do if I returned. The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel is nicely...

We spent a night here whilst visiting family in nearby Beverley. The hotel has tons of character, rooms immaculately presented, and the staff extremely friendly and attentive. We didn't dine in the restaurant but the menu looked amazing. Breakfast was great. We will definitely be returning.

Stayed here and took relatives to dinner. 4 good meals one bad one and the most outrageous attitude when we complained. They claimed they were the best restaurant in the country and refused to offer an alternative dish or a deduction from the bill. We come to hull 3 to 4 times a year and will not be staying here...

We have just returned from an overnight stay at Tickton Grange. Upon arrival the staff confirmed the extent of the important renovation work that was taking place, which they had advised us about at the time of booking. We fully understood the need for the work to be carried out and apart from the hotel not being able to use...
