This is the first time I have ever written a review on Tripadvisor (or while still being on holiday for that matter). I am very impressed by the accommodation which is spacious, clean and well-equipped. A super place to stay and in a convenient position for visiting a wide array of places and doing lots of activities. I particularly enjoyed the walks, geology, history and gardens thanks to the very knowledgeable and helpful hosts. I was backpacking but no worries as the bus will stop at the gate. Would be great for groups.

The cottage was full of character, spacious, spotlessly clean, and very well equipped. The beds were extremely comfortable. The gardens are beautiful and the views are...
