We stayed at this site for two days in May. The team were very helpful and super friendly. The site has lots of space, in the sun and shaded. Facilities were very clean. Great spot with woods to explore and lots of open space for kids to run. Will definitely return.

We LOVE this place! We camped here regularly for three years, buying a motorhome and returning time and again. Nowhere matches up to the location, the atmosphere and the lovely staff. The site is around a mile long, situated conveniently off the A337 (you can hear the traffic near the entrance, but the bottom of the site is quiet). Offering...

We spend 2 nights at Hollands Woods. Our reception was very warm en nice. Showers en toilets all clean. Is wasnt very bussy (we were there first week of may). We rented bikes and the staff was very helpfull in recommending a firm and selecting a nice route. Our daughter loved the ponies who wonder all over the site!

We have been here numerous times over the last 10 years but this year wow what a difference. The staff were the friendliest and smiliest people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting there. Every time you saw them they waved, smiled and stopped for a friendly chat. Wonderful clean and warm showers at anytime of the day. Would...

We were trying out a new tent and also camping for the first time for years and we had numerous problems e.g putting the tent up and blowing a new air bed up then letting it down and forgetting matches for the Gaz which we also couldn't get the cylinder into - ok you can stop laughing now! But the...

Being just outside Brockenhurst is a massive advantage in the New Forest if you just want to leave the car parked and walk or cycle (as we did) around it. Nestling between the just exquisite Balmer Lawn and the rather too busy A337 Hollands Wood is a mixture of semi and fully shaded pitches and has more than acceptable washing...

We visited Hollands Wood campsite for the bank holiday weekend Friday through to Monday. So far (Sunday) we have had no hot water in the shower blocks closest to our tent... not the end of the world but the ladies showers in the next block along aren't hot either, so unless you want a 5-10 min walk to the other...

Pros: staff really friendly, first site that I've been to where you're not camping right next to someone, horses, kids can cycle round site with freedom, location. Cons: trees are lovely but it means you're not in the sun, showers were Luke warm/cold, toilet block was too dirty for me... you get out the cold shower and stand in mud...

Currently staying here for Easter weekend. Such a beautiful site - freedom to pitch where you want, lots of privacy and space, good toilet block, massive open space for children to run around......quite possibly my most favourite campsite I have ever been to. When we arrived, the chap who greeted us (Graham) was so friendly and welcoming, we instantly felt...

We have been many times to hollands wood now over the years and we are never disappointed, it's a great forest camp site with good facilities. We love the freedom of the new forest with the horses running wild and the fact you can easily ride bikes as a family to other near towns. Brockenhurst, beaulieu, and the near by...
