We were amazed by the treehouse, beautiful setting. Disappointed by the fact we only saw one staff member (the housekeeper) who did a fantastic job of showing us to the treehouse and facilities. We didn't see anyone else the whole time we were there though. There wasn't a welcome pack or instructions on how to use the wifi which we... More

Booked to stay two nights in the treehouse and came home after the first night. We arrived at 10:30pm on Friday and despite giving prior warning as requested on the website all we were asked was to phone when we were approximately an hour away. We did so only to receive incoherent directions to the site and nothing more. On... More

Stayed two nights at the Atlantic surf pods. Pod itself was very clean, spacious and fit for purpose, Underfloor heating worked well. Great to have our own BBQ to cook breakfast on and also being provided with all the relevant equipment e.g. Plates etc. Our only complaint was that the joining bathroom outside our pod was covered with bugs. I... More

I recently stayed in the treehouse with my boyfriend after a hellish journey we eventually arrived very late at night and the treehouse was a beautiful welcome. we stayed for 3 nights but i wish it was longer! So clean and beautiful we could put fairy lights on all around it and up the stairs and it looked magical. Everything... More

Stayed here for 3 nights, 1 in a pod, 2 in the treehouse. Firstly let me say we are not campers and not even glampers..but we are experience seekers. We arrived late at night which isn't advisable as its tricky to find and the site is quite dark. We loved the quirkiness of the pods, the space etc and the... More

Excellent place, great location, great surroundings and facilities in the pods. Anyone coming to Bude should try this as an alternative to camping and hotels. All the comforts of a hotel but with the added benefits of camping - outdoor cooking every night in stunning surroundings! Owner and family very friendly and polite and the whole place is clean and tidy!... More

Spent last week of school hols here with my 2 technology mad boys. It was everything I wanted...camping without the hassle and no computer games! The pods were well equipped and even when I phoned to say there were no bbq tongs, they were biked over to us in minutes. We had the pod with the bifold doors which we... More

This is a lovely site. The pods are spacious and the double bed is comfortable. It's well equipped in terms of cutlery, crockery etc. The BBQ was great and included a gas ring at the side. The shower was fine apart from one day when it was cold, and if you don’t mind the spiders! We noticed the pod next... More

As a family if 5 with children ranging in age from 17 - 3 a surf pod provided ideal accommodation that was safe, clean and fun but that also allowed for space (inside and outside) and some luxury: warm, dry and a very comfy double bed. Close to a variety of beautiful beaches that were patrolled by RNLI lifeguards and... More
