My boyfriend and I just got back from 1 night stay at The Old Rectory Inn. What a great place. The owners were very welcoming upon our arrival and were there to help us with whatever we needed. The room was excellent. Comfy bed and very clean. We stayed with our dog who is quite large but that was not...

I stayed here beginning of March for 3 nights with my dog. The owners were fabulous and even offered a hand to help me in with my bits and bobs. They were very welcoming to both me and my pooch, shes a bigger dog (husky) and this wasn't a problem at all. The room was well decorated, a few bits...

Spent two very enjoyable nights here for our anniversary. Although there are a few tired parts that could do with a bit of tlc, it was clean and comfortable and the hosts/staff very friendly. The breakfasts were amongst the best we've had in an hotel or guesthouse, with the poached eggs and smoked salmon, quite outstanding. On our second evening...

Great place for an evening meal. The host was very friendly, providing a great service. We popped in on a Friday night and the place had a nice warm atmosphere and the locals were up for a chat. Good food... big portions.. would highly recommend.

Hubby and I were doing a drive through the English and Scottish countryside and came upon this lovely B&B. Great stay for a great price. Full Scottish breakfast included, and it was amazing. You do have to play with the shower a bit to get the right temp. Be sure to come on a Wednesday or Sunday for the live...

Although my stay was just overnight I received a friendly warm welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The evening meal in the restaurant was both delicious and good value and the room was very comfortable. I had to leave early in the morning (before the 7.30 breakfast start time) but a cold breakfast was still prepared for me which...

We booked this hotel on a spur of the moment, the cost was excellent around £55 for the night. Free parking, excellent choice of breakfast included also. There is a small bar on the premises which sells the usual drinks and snacks etc. The hotel is within 2 mins walk of local shops and bars. I will book here again...

Visited recently with 10 friends for a Christmas meal. The hospitality and food was first class and excellent value for money. The menu had choices to suit every taste. We had a private dining room which made for a very enjoyable evening.

We were in the room called Bracklin. The room was comfortable, and the service was stellar. The place is quite nice, and the bar in the bottom level had many locals visiting it. Breakfast was included, and it was grand.
