Stayed here on holiday with two friends for 4 nights. I had been impressed by the reviews on trip advisor and was not disappointed. We had three lovely rooms. Each was spotlessly clean and very well equiped. The bed was very comfortable and we all slept really well because it was so quiet. Location is good, close to village amenities...

Colin and Jenny were the perfect hosts. They provided some wonderful extras when they found out it was our honeymoon. Breakfast was superb and the room we had was extremely clean and comfortable . I would have no hesitation in recommending this delightful guesthouse to anyone. We will certainly be staying again in the future .

In detail: - The room: the ground floor MacKenzie Room (90£) with its modern four poster bed and an en-suite bathroom which was on a three step lower level then the bedroom, giving it a nice elegant touch. The TV...

We visited Dunmor House over hogmanay and New Year. We were greeted by Colin and his wife who could not have been more helpful and courteous throughout our stay. The room was spotless, modern and very reasonably priced. The breakfast was also top class. Dunmor House is situated a few minutes walk from the centre of Callander which makes it...

Don't really think they can justify 80/90 quid for what is essentially a small room. Sure, you get a few quality street chocs on the hospitality tray and a lend of DVDs but its not worth the pricetag. Nice people but squashing 2 chairs in a room doesn't constitute a separate 'sitting area'. Tiny little television and breakfast pastries were...
