This is a beautiful guest house. In a ideal spot minutes from the beach. The room was spotlessly clean, with lovely little touches, water, tea, coffee, biscuits. The shower room even had shampoo and conditioner. Jayne & Steve were great hosts, and the breakfasts was probably the best we have ever had. Such a great choice, but I would definately...

This is a fantastic B&B located just a 10 minute walk for Mudeford Beach & Quay. Steve and Jayne are extremely friendly and we can't praise them enough. The breakfasts are absolutely superb with such a range of things to choose from. We will definitely visit again.

We stayed at Waters Edge last night, our room was lovely and comfortable, the shower in the en-suite was huge. Breakfast this morning was great - croissants, lovely fruit salad, full cooked breakfast, etc. Lovely hosts that couldn't have done more. Only a 3 minute stroll from our evening out.

This is the perfect bed and breakfast, with friendly, helpful hosts, a delicious breakfast, near to the beach and faultless! We will most certainly be back again! The little extras in the room are a lovely touch, mints, chocolate, bottled water and lovely toiletries. Very helpful regarding recommending somewhere local to eat.

“The b&b was fairly small with only 3 rooms. One twin, one double & one king size room. We had the king & it was quite roomy. Our friends stayed in the double & said their room was very comfortable too. Both facing the main road but traffic noise was at a minimum. Also within very easy walk to the beach.”
