Stayed right next to the disused windmill. Place family run by hard working Mum and Dad and charming son. Full breakfast, perfectly cooked and plenty of it.Room clean and bed very comfortable with crisp white sheets. Added bonus was an excellent and good valued Indian restaurant 25 yards (Yes, yards away) which was also excellent value. Highly recommend!
We had a lovely two day stay when attending a local wedding. The B&B is under new management and the new owners made us very welcome. Great rooms in the mill, delicious breakfast and a fabulous Indian restaurant next door! Highly recommended!
On arrival, we were met by the friendly owners Paul and Mandy. What a lovely couple. Apparently they have only recently taken over management of the property and have started a few nice changes. Breakfast is held in a beautiful garden room which is a lovely touch. Compliments to the chef too for a lovely full English! The room was spotless and very comfortable and the tea and coffee was greatly appreciated. Little touches like the hand gel are a great thought. We were lucky to spend three lovely nights there which we both felt was very good value for money. Thoroughly recommend and will definitely return.
Great value for money stay, excellent clean facilities, hearty breakfast in the summerhouse, just wish we had booked the weekend rather than just one night. The Indian restaurant within the grounds is also recommended
Stayed here as we were visiting my Sister who we haven’t seen in over a year. Great welcome from the owners and our room was nice - a ground floor room, with wet room as I am disabled, at a reasonable price. Covid sensitive delivered breakfast tea & bacon baps. All in all, a nice experience, surrounded by fields. Will return, thank you
