Good food very nicely presented, beautiful setting. Children's meals are very good, not the typical 'out of a packet' rubbish, but good nutritious proper meals. Lovely place to stop off if you are out on a cruise on Lough Erne but just check the day, this restaurant is not open every day and we have moored up expecting to dine... More

Came here with friends for a drink one saturday evening. It is set up a country road just of Derrylin. The lake views was fabulous. The building was lovely and cosy with a warm atmosphere. The staff were very attentive and friendly. There is plenty of seating areas with a well stocked bar. Sitting outside looking over the marina was... More

Knockninny definitely has that middle of nowhere feel to it It doesn't seem to benefit too much from local trade so relies on visitors who arrive by car or boat as it is situated right on Upper Loch Erne It is a lovely peaceful location to get away from it all The accommodation is fairly straightforward but slightly quirky at... 눇We were traveling with my elderly parents on a two week tour of Ireland. We chose Knockninny Country House because we like older properties with an historic feel, and also because of the location overlooking the lake. It is such a beautiful peaceful site, which can make up for other shortcomings. It is important to remember that it is a... More

My wife and I visited Knockninny recently for a friends wedding. It was a nice setting, had good service, and catered the event well. It has a card machine. There's not much else to say. It's on the side of the Upper Loch Erne. There is a jetty where the bride and groom arrived. It was fine.

After a last minute decision about our lunch venue we moored and decided to give this lovely looking building a try. Our intentions were to relax with a nice lunch and move to another spot later in the day. Well, best laid plans of mice and men....! We ended up staying for dinner too. Great spot,, wonderful views and great... More

We had our wedding at Knockninny a few weeks ago and wanted to give an insight into the venue for this purpose. First up the location is stunning. If you haven't been it's an attractive house in an idyllic spot on the lake shore offering superb views. This all obviously creates a great backdrop for your photos. To the side... More

My wife and I had dinner at KCH and M tonight. We were staying at a guest house in the area. Both really enjoyed the food. I had chicken wrapped in Parma Ham with crispy slices of potato. The tart au citron was as good as I have had anywhere. My wife's stir fried king prawn was nice but a... More

After driving over two and a half hours (107 Miles) we arrived as this beautiful guesthouse after unpacking decided to have a drink and relax. However this was short lived as we gat a phone call to inform us that the chef... More
