I stayed here for one night before starting out from on the Speyside Way, the host allowed me to leave my car at the premises whilst I took the bus to Fochabers and walked back over two days. I then stayed for one more night whilst exploring the area and riding the Speyside Railway. Fay is a wonderful host, I...

A really warm welcome awaits at this homely B&B. Cosy warm comfort and SO CLEAN! The whole house evokes good old friendly comfort. Spacious well decorated rooms are dotted across a splendid winding staircase. All are well appointed. The breakfasts are well filling for the day ahead. Your hosts Fay & Alan cannot do enough to ensure all is OK....

Clean, homely accommodation with a wonderful friendly Scottish greeting from Fay. Off and on-street parking available. A lovely breakfast (with porridge on the menu of course), we were made most welcome.

Fay and Allan Hampton run this wonderful B&B. The rooms are quite nice and the breakfasts are large and prepare one for a day of salmon fishing on the Spey. Allan's homemade bread is incredibly good and Fay is a warm and helpful host. I look forward to returning again.

Upon arrival we were effusively greeted by host Fay. She made us feel at home. Our room (3) was large and comfortable. Our friend's room (5) was smaller but also comfortable. Their bathroom was small and, it being under the roof, had a slanted doorway entrance that our 6'5" friend had to duck to pass under. We were given excellent...

Parkburn is in a good situation being edge of town but walking distance to all amenities. Fay is an excellent hostess and it is a pleasure to spend time chatting to her. Impressive breakfasts were served with a smile. Much more fun than an impersonal hotel.

We spent two nights here last week along with our dog Dudley. Fay made us all feel welcome. Did not meet Alan but heard lots about him, sound like a nice chap. Hopefully meet him next time. Room and breakfast great. Good location and value for money.

A great little retreat in s fabulous part of the world. Happy, helpful hosts and service throughout with laughter and smiles. You don't often find B+B's in this range that deliver everything as well as Fay and Allan at the Parkburn. Recommended.

I have been there for 4 days in May and it was wonderful. The room was clean and tidy, the breakfast was excellent and Fay was really nice to every time. I can recommend this B&B and can't understand Christian d's expressions. I will come back to Parkburn Guest House next year again.

Fay & Allan are wonderful hosts. They went out of their way to provide assistance with fishing, restaurants, tourist attractions and more. Even did our laundry for a small fee. After our 4 days with them, we felt we had made new friends. Definitely a good value for the money. Good location. Walking distance to everything in town and the...
