While many guests enjoy the diverse amenities and scenic location near the coast, opinions on service and room quality are mixed, with some finding the staff attentive and rooms comfortable, yet others encountering slow service and dated accommodations.

Detailed Reviews
Good
Signature room ground floor spacious walk in shower could fet wheelchair and rollator into room. Plenty of milk, biscuits coffee and tea every day. Ordered more pillows. Very warm so most of the time didn't have rad on and just right. Decor good
Entertainment - varied, good band and team worked hard and nice voices
Lounge saw Jane Mcdonald on big screen and a Canadian woman who did theatre songs brilliant
Reception helpful
Cleaners very good
Nit so good. Parking horrendous hard to find invalid spaces, just had to wait for someone to go out which was rare and then jump in
Pavilion all the chairs shoukd be changed gave our backside real pain and one woman said she always takes a pillow. So bad I didn't go to New year do but enjoyed myself in lounge. Also the boat chairs in lounge I reckon are too small for a man or over weight person. So not comfortable.
Food on the whole not bad but first day soup came with hard roll it was not fresh. Same with brekkie and fried eggs too long under the light gave it a light crust. Meat good but some of the roast potatoes were not inly crispy but really hard
Fruit salad why was it all melon
Oranges and grapefruit slices had to cut up yourself.
We had 7.15pm meal sitting too late after finishing to get to pavilion it was packed so changed to 6.15 pm so be warned.
Conclusion I know sinah warren is very popular but pre covd food etc was much better say at Bembridge which we have returned several times.
Enjoyed ourselves but I won't return.

This is the first time we have visited Warners, upon arrival we were told to park in car park 1 then went off and sat outside and enjoyed and paid for drinks on the outside terrace.
We we checked in at 3pm and made our way to our signature rooms which we had requested ground floor with terrace.
The room was well equipped with refreshments, bath robes, shower gel, shampoo etc and comfy beds. the temperature in the room was very warm so we opened the doors to let in fresh air.
We had a lovely view of the sea and outdoor swimming pool.
On our second day our room was cleaned but our milk wasn't replenished so i had to find the maid and ask for some, it was strange as my brother was staying in a room before us and they had a new carton so maybe they had run out.
The shower was hot and powerful but it didn't drain away very quickly so i had to turn the power down overwise it would of leaked over the floor.
We couldn't fault the food or service, it came out very quickly and there was plenty of choice.
The entertainment in the evening was ok we didn't stay too late but enjoyed what we saw.
We participated in the free Archery this was run by the lovely Josh, he was very professional and helpful and we really enjoyed our session.
We made use of the indoor pool, the changing rooms were clean but there was no lockers available so we took our bags into the pool area. The jacuzzi and sunbeds was full the whole time we were there, they could do with more sunbeds or giving people a time limit as some people just laid there the whole time and didn't go in the pool.
We was lucky to have some nice weather while we was there and made use of the sunbeds by the outdoor pool instead.
We didn't realise until the evening that we was meant to register our credit card, no mention of this on check in or the system of billing to our room we only found out when we went to the bar in the evening and had to go back and get our card that came at checking.
We found the bar prices very expenses £4.25 for a coffee and £9.75 for a cocktail this is too expensive and should be addressed.
Overall we enjoyed our stay, i would return but only if we had a discount as it was a expensive weekend with the bar prices.

Nice clean room overlooking the sea, food nice, abit cold at times (this was self serve buffet and cold poached eggs that were served at table) , would have liked Greek yoghurt in the morning only natural yoghurt . Overall good choice of food. Drinks expensive £30 bottle of wine £10.30 for large glass but served at table. Entertainment included so overall good value. Parking can be difficult and long walk with suitcases.

Reading the reviews I am not sure I understand why this is so well liked. There were positive points, the room we had (441) was smaller than we expected, but the Juliet balcony and view across one of the lawns was very pleasant.
Facilities in the room were modern, with lights over the beds (not on low bedside tables), USB and power sockets by the bed and some on the wall opposite. (Rather than having to borrow extension leads to plug CACP in sockets on the other side of the room and no USB ports).
Not sure if I would have been as comfortable in any of the slightly tired looking chalet rooms we saw.
Did not care for the vast Driftwood restaurant and the food was not as good as It had been at Thoresby Hall earlier this year. It was very busy most of the time and we had a different server each time we had a meal there.
(At Thoresby we were able to have a table in a quieter room and had very personal service from Sandra, our server. Sinah Warren servers were nice and helpful but were obviously busy, dashing too and fro.
Food was hot if you timed it right and fresh dishes were put out under the warming lights, but frequently my food was barely warm rather than hot. (Which I only knew when I returned to my seat).
Ordered Grilled Chicken from the menu , one evening . Wrongly described because it went no where near a grill! I queried how it had been cooked and the server had to ask in the kitchen. She confirmed was told, it was on a tray in the oven for a short time then placed in a steamer. (As a catering professional, we already knew this, but it was nice to have it confirmed.)
I suspect that visitors with mobility issue love this location because there are ramps and lifts to enable them to easily get around.
The grounds, gardens and view over the estuary were really lovely. Personally, overall, this is not a location we would want to return to.

Lovely hotel, well staffed and friendly. Lots to do, even the things you had to book were available as there were plenty of slots. We joined the rifle shooting, two craft sessions, played skittles used the gym and swimming pool which was nice and warm. There was plenty to do to suit everyone. I especially liked the craft workshops which don't seem to be a feature at other Warner sites.
We stayed when the Searchers were playing and the hotel was full. The VIP seats that we paid extra for were a long way back and quite cramped; at times, drinks had to be passed along because the waiters couldn't get through, but this was all done in good humour. I liked that you could order drinks from the bar or have a waiter serve you. The dining room was also a bit cramped in the area where we sat - having to squeeze through a gap of about 10" between the tables. The food was plentiful and hot, nothing was too much trouble for our waiter Timu and the other staff who served us. Food from the kitchen came quickly and the buffet counter was topped up and fresh.
Our room was beautiful, we had an ocean view room with a balcony and it was very well furnished and serviced. Every member of staff we came across said hello and smiled. The manager was around frequently, and made sure that everything was running well.
I have also filled in the Warner survey that came after our stay, but that doesn't give the opportunity to make suggestions if you feel that there's something that could be improved upon.
We will definitely visit Sinah Warren again, fabulous hotel.

We have just come back from a three night stay at The Sinah Warren Hotel. We were very impressed with check-in where we left our suitcases for them to be delivered to our room, which was called "The Harry Warren Room" which is one of the new rooms. It felt more like a suite with a sea view and patio and chairs. Lovely walk-in shower.
We thoroughly enjoyed the food (they ran out of one or two dishes early). Chosen mealtimes seemed not to be observed.
Just from a personal point of view, we felt the tables for two were positioned a little too close together.
Overall view, yes, we would love to stay at this hotel again.

We had a very enjoyable four night stay at Sinah Warren in May.
Reception staff on our arrival were very pleasant and helpful and personally showed us the dining room and theatre to select our tables.
We had a beautiful room with a balcony overlooking the sea. The room was spotless and we were impressed by a personal note from our housekeeper, Susan, introducing herself.
Despite a considerable walk to the restaurant and theatre we found the location of our room quiet and peaceful. The huge increase in our step count was a bonus.
The entertainment staff deserve full marks for their hard work and superb presentation. Often there was a choice of venue and the opportunity to dance till midnight.
We used the hotel as a base and enjoyed trips to see the Mary Rose and Victory in Plymouth’s Historical Dockyards which was a short drive away. We also visited Chichester and the surrounding area.
We would thoroughly recommend a stay at this lovely Warner hotel.

We have been to many Warner hotels and whilst the entertainment is still first class sadly the newish venture capital owners are squeezing every last penny out of us. So the food, which had always been at least up to a reasonable standard, both in quality and choice, now has dropped considerably. Equally little touches in the rooms are either just cut or severely curtailed. Shame because we were at another Warner hotel in November and this is clearly a company decision to maximise profitability. Not sure if and when we will return to Warner.

Booked a standard room for the Fleetwood Mac tribute weekend and everything was the expected quality for a huge hotel attended by circa 1300. The tribute act were very good and the sound mixing ensured the music was wrapped around the lyrics. It is unfortunate that drink pricing has become so expensive but judging by what you see the majority are not put off by this (supply & demand). One very important tip is to buy your bottle(s) of wine at the 4.30-5.30pm Happy Hour giving you 20% off. Special mention to our favourite 11pm lounge bar sessions. Barry Martin and Kieron McCormack are not only excellent singers but have very individual styles to engage and involve their audience

Wow! The whole purpose of the break was to enjoy the Len Philips swing band, and the music was played to perfection!
On to the hotel accommodation we had a signature room (455) that was in really good condition having obviously been refurbished in recent times. Always kept very clean by the room maids.
Good improvements to the restaurant since we were last there in that you can reserve your table on arrival and it's yours for the week. Our evening waitress, Jugita was excellent and so friendly, and looked after us really well. Very happy with the choice of food.
Also liked the lunch+drink for £10 offer, we used that a couple of times, and a lunch time waitress by the name of Bronte was particularly helpful and friendly.
Helpful lady, June, in the holiday shop who guided us through a couple of future bookings, one of which is next year's Big Band week.
Well done Sinah Warren.

Yes - you can be nearer to amenities by going up one or two floors- ground floor sounds good but can still be a long walk down a corridor.
There were people playing bowls outdoors all weekend. The large green is very close to the main reception entrance.
