We stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights in June so we could visit the Paradise Wildlife Park (25mins away). The reception staff were genuinely friendly and seemed to remember us after check in. Gave Daisy a colouring pack which let her occupied. The room was spacious which was nice, very clean and well kept as I'd expect...

We had booked two rooms at this hotel for an overnight stay after returning from Europe into Stansted airport on a flight due to land late afternoon. Unfortunately this plan was scuppered by a 12 hour flight delay! Having called the hotel from the departure airport in the Med Nick, who answered the phone, was very reassuring and told us...

Used as a stop off to break up a long journey. Check in was a little slow as no staff were around; they did eventually turn up and we got to our room was was reasonable size, but a little worn around the edges. I suspect this Premier Inn may be I need of updating. The pub next door were...

the building could do with a fresh coat of paint and general loving touch needed but otherwise is was usual high standard accommodation. if you arrive late parking could be an issue and perhaps a few more disabled bays would be good

Our stay at this Inn was very good. The staff are helpful and accommodating. Rooms suffer from lack of A/C on warm nights. The adjoining Beefeater Inn is tired, crowded and poor quality food. Tables don't get cleaned for ages. Seems like they are always short staffed. For a good meal go across the road to Coho Grill.

Family and I booked various rooms as we were attending a family wedding. Checked in online so very simple when we arrived. However, a very nice professional receptionist 'offered' to move my son and his little family on the ground floor as they had a pram for a newborn. Nothing was too much trouble. Premier inn is what it is...

One night stay in this premier inn. Stay in these most nights of the week due to work. No mention on the internet that's its on a flight path! very noisy! when I complained that the room was too hot, all I got in return was "we are an old hotel, its always hot and there is a fan in...

Free parking at hotel. Literally a few minutes walk from Harlow Mill train station-direct trains to either Stratford or Liverpool St. Rooms comfortable & clean. Staff friendly. Breakfast plentiful at Beefeater next door

Visited this hotel as a stopover on our way to Southend, we always choose Premier inn over several rivals due to previous experiences! It has to be said that despite a recent makeover to the new style, this hotel is a little drab outside along with the neighbouring Beefeater Restaurant. Check in process was slow especially as we had booked...
