Trevor, Thank you for your hospitality, you made us feel right at home. The freedom to go and come as we please was great, making the quick trip to the local pub (5 minute walk) a great finish to our night. The blue room had an interesting oriental decor and had a very comfortable bed. The sunny garden view in...

Our hosts, Ann and Trevor, took care of us and made sure we were comfortable. The food was good and locally sourced. The eggs came from their own hens and were very tasty. Ann was of great assistance in finding places of interest to go to and visit. We will definitely return for another visit.

We had the Blue Room, which was the largest room at the property, and it was excellent. The bed was very comfortable, and the room very spacious. En suite bathroom was very nice and well equipped. Large windows gave the room a very light and airy feel, and provided excellent ventilation on what was a very hot evening and night....

We only booked the one night in this B&B, so we can't really say too much about it... The host was very welcoming, the breakfast was very well executed, the room was spacious and clean. The only thing that bothered us somewhat, was the big Rottweiler (although very friendly) that joined us at breakfast, a bit smelly... not for everyone...

We stayed at the 4 star Burnbank Hotel in Kinross on our way home from holiday in Orkney. We were given a friendly welcome, shown to our room, which was spacious, clean and comfortable. We had ordered an evening meal in advance, which was made from locally sourced meat and home-grown vegetables, which was excellent. Breakfast was equally good and we...

We had a lovely time at Burnbank and the breakfast was excellent. The only thing we regret is that in not choosing to have dinner (supper) there we probably missed a treat! The drive from Edinburgh was easy (less than an hour) and the location quiet. We enjoyed sightseeing around Loch Leven and the trip over to the island to...

On the plus side, breakfasts at Burnbank are delicious. Special diets (re: allergies etc) will be catered for, with notice (although this seemed somewhat begrudgingly offered regarding the bread, where I was told by e-mail that making a loaf specially wasn't worth it if it was just for a few slices). As we were staying 3 nights at a cost...

We stayed one night at Burnbank and it was very comfortable. We had a lovely breakfast overlooking a beautiful garden. The rooms were comfortable and our hosts very helpful and accommodating. The address is a little challenging as the GPS points to further up the road and numbers run oddly. The location was very convenient to our next leg in...

Thank you for your review. Glad you enjoyed your stay. Sorry about the confusion with the sat nav, unfortunately we do not have any control over the GPO and the post code covers quite a few houses. Modern technology is great when it works! Hope you enjoyed the rest of your trip. Kind regards, Ann and Trevor

Just as the title explains! A great little B & B, with lovely, friendly hosts. I've stayed at Burnbank a couple of times now whilst passing through the area on business and the experience has been great on both occasions. The rooms are of a very good standard with all the usual things, TV, tea and coffee making, en suite...

Very nice large and comfortable room, king-size bed, large shower, pleasant hosts, good breakfast and a beautiful garden. Kinross served our purposes and we saw it as an "on-the-way" place to stay for 1 night - not sure we'd have chosen this town otherwise although it was very convenient for Edinburgh and 4 attractions that were of interest to us...
