Reserved by email and reconfirmed a couple of days prior to arrival. Arrived around 16:00 and owner was outside. Asked why I was there, I told and showed him reservation. He then called his wife and same question and display of reservation. Advised must have got dates wrong, showing some Americans around now, why do you not go to Loch... More

We stayed here for one night and had a wonderful time. A really interesting place with beautiful grounds - a large forest, maze and loads of peacocks. The guest room was huge and the bathroom was modern and spotlessly clean. The welcome and hospitality from the Moncrieffs was first class. Excellent cooked breakfast and tour of the castle included. Ideal... More

Lord & Lady Moncrieff welcome you to Tulliebole Castle, as you drive into the grounds you are greeted by this amazing Castle standing proudly and too attention. Peacocks wandering in the grounds simply a delightful place to stay & dine. This is truely like staying in a Castle as you would imagine it should be, no modern decor, clean lines,... More

What a wonderful stay we had… Our hosts were very attentive and friendly. We had a large bedroom on the first floor with a big and very modern bathroom outside the room but in a very romantic stairgap corner. We loved it! The great hall was all the time heated up by the lovely fire place by our hosts for... More

We had a lovely last night in Scotland staying with Lord and Lady Moncreiff at Tullibole castle. Warm and welcoming hosts, lovely comfortable room in the castle complete with large drawing room containing the biggest fire place I have seen for a long while. Afternoon tea, a walk along the grounds accompanied by their two lovely springer spaniels, delicious three... More

Simply put one of the most warm and welcoming places I've ever had the pleasure of staying. A real castle experience! The hosts are a font of local knowledge and well versed in the history of the castle, so you're in for a real treat. The grounds are beautifully kept and the peacocks and local wildlife make it all the... More

I stayed at the Longhouse whilst working in Dunfermline. It was the perfect bolt hole after a busy day and my week there was quite perfect, far better than being in a hotel. The cottage is beautiful, cosy and warm and SO well equipped. The bed has to be one of the comfiest I have ever slept in. I will... More

Through the kindness and generosity of the Moncreiffs' we had the most warm and welcome stay imaginable. We were shooting footage in the local area and they went out of their way to aid our mission through their local knowledge and made sure our stay ran as smoothly and was as comfortable possible. Tullibole castle is truly, a magical and... More

My niece planned to "elope" at Tulliebole Castle with the aid of my cousin who lives in Kinross. My Mom, Sister and I were coming for a visit from America, therefore the couple planned a very simple and quiet wedding. It turned out to be one of the most elegant & romantic weddings I have ever attended! The owners Lord... More
