An OK stay, but the light shining into the room was too strong for me. If the curtain material was heavier, this would help. The room was very clean, no issues, if I return I would try and ask for a room away from the road and the street lights.

Dropped in for a couple of pints and ended up staying for dinner. I chose the Orkney Steak and Ale pie which was accompanied by chips, parsnips and carrots, all excellently cooked! My colleague had Haddock and said it was excellent as well.

Not a gastronomic experience but you are long way from home so good honestly cooked food and a Guinness always goes down well. Lots of locals eating here but a bit of a problem with one noisy perso who wanted to dominate the room.
