Only had a 1 night stay as visiting my son at the university, but really glad I found this gem of a b & b. The hotel was beautifully decorated, the room was lovely and even I found the bed comfortable ( and that's saying something )! Lez and Derek were very welcoming and knowledgeable about the area and made...

Great place to stay. Proprietors are very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are very clean as was the bathroom. Good location for walking into town and car parking is the added bonus. Breakfast was very high standard. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved Holywell house, it's decorated beautifully with a real eclectic mix of bits and bobs. Lovely details in the rooms like fresh water, biscuits and china tea cups for our morning cuppa. Everything was very clean and the two gents that own it were very friendly. Breakfast was very good, lots of choice and the sausages were the best...

Just got home from a 2 night stay in loughborough for work with a colleague of mine. We stayed with Derek and Les in this beautiful victorian building and had a comfortable stay. The beds are super soft and comfortable - possibly the comfiest bed I have ever stayed in away from home. Breakfast is cooked well and served by...

We came across this great Guest House by accident but we were really lucky as it is lovely. Beautifully restored old vicarage with antique and vintage furniture and fittings. Nice comfy room with a wet room to die for. Smashing freshly cooked breakfast. The hosts, Derek & Let, were so nice and nothing was too much trouble. Certainly would come...

As you park your car in the designated car park and notice the shrubbery that appears to have been meticulously shaped with nail scissors you realise you're somewhere special. Our friendly host Derek handled our check-in easily and quickly despite the fact that he was not expecting my wife on this trip! My office had booked a double room but...
