The bar and conservatory entrance was modern, the staff very helpful and friendly. We booked a family room which promised a double bed and two single beds, however one of the single beds was more like a put up bed. We found all the beds very uncomfortable so a goods night nights sleep evaded all of us. The room looked...

We stayed here a couple of years and although there were a few small issues then, we overlooked them. It is a basic hotel and you get what you pay for. It was the view from the large bay window that drew u back a second time. On arrival we waited at least 5 minutes until the reception was manned....

Myself, my wife and my six year old boy (plus unborn baby at 30 weeks!) had a lovely stay in this hotel. Very easy to find, the hotel is in a great location and you can walk to everything in St Anne's, with Blackpool a five minute drive away. Our room itself was spotless, with a modern bathroom/TV/wifi. My wife...
