Fabulous Cheese and Wine night. Well organised night. Wonderfully paired wines and cheeses. Staff were lovely ensuring cheese and wines were well explained. Wines and cheeses flowed throughout the night it was a really fun night despite us doing really badly at the quiz😂 . We stayed overnight , our room was beautiful. Breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend this hotel for rooms breakfast and events.

Hotel position is excellent. Right on the front. Parking easy, just across the road. Good welcome from staff. Room a little small but good bedding, towels, etc and bathroom very clean and nice. Very good, freshly cooked breakfast and the evening meal was also very good. All in all, an excellent stay. Would stay again. My only comment would be to either get the carpets cleaned or invest in some new ones!

There are good and bad points to this hotel! Okay the good: The rooms are nicely decorated, good quality bedding and a nice bathroom. The bar is busy and it is in a great location, and the breakfast was good. The bad: the bed was only a small double, it really wasnt big enough for two adults! and apparently bigger beds cost more money (this room was the only one left on booking.com). The other negatives are: you have to be down at breakfast before 9.30 and out of your room for 10.30 which is earlier than any other hotel I have stayed at. The drinks are also more pricier than elsewhere too. I come to lytham quite regularly, but this is my first time staying at the queens. Because of the above mentioned, it wouldn't be my first choice.
