Never stayed in a Premier Inn before but will certainly use them again. From booking in to leaving after breakfast was brilliant. Friendly staff and lovely room. Cleanliness was excellent. Had all you needed.
Stayed overnight with my son before travelling to Liverpool for the Cardiff football match. Plenty of space for parking. Room was lovely, quite big and clean. Friendly receptionists. Pub/restaurant next door, and Mcdonalds on the other side of hotel. We'd have no problem staying again.
I was very disappointed with the room as we stayed as a couple but were catered for as a single person with the amenities ie towels pillows and coffee tea and suger making services that spoilt our trip and stay at the hotel.
The lady on reception was very lovely and helpful. Our room wasn't ready yet when we arrived but she was able to swap us to another room so we can check-in asap as we had our little one with us. The room was clean and spacious & we had a couple of tea and coffee sachets waiting for us which were so needed after a long 5h trip there. The hotel gave us a cot for the baby as well. We would definitely return if we ever needed accommodation in the area again.
Happy with the location of the hotel. Situated on the Lancashire road right between Liverpool and Manchester so perfect for traveling into either city. Only problem is that we stayed here in the second heat wave for the month of August 2022 and there is no air con so it's unbearable with just a supplied fan.
A usual premier inn experience, comfortable bed, clean room, decent service. No air conditioning which is a bit poor and especially with it being a fairly new looking building, though a desk fan was provided. Little noisy from the main road but more than good enough for an overnight stay, still worth the full five stars though
This review is with regards to the night receptionist Karen . I stayed here on previous occasions . Karen was exceptionally helpful , as a business man I had work to do on my I-pad and I had forgot my I-pad charger , Karen offered for me to use hers so I could continue with my work which I returned when I left at 6am the following morning . Karen’s attitude was second to none and she is vey helpful and pleasant . I would like to recognise her for a job well done and thank you for what I consider going over and beyond to help a customer . Will definitely use this hotel again , the rooms are spotless . 100% across all areas
My wife & I stayed at the Haydock Premier Inn while attending a gig in Saint Helens. We were greeted by very friendly Charlotte on reception. The room on the 1st floor was ideal for our needs but because of no air conditioning it was very hot but a fan had been switched on to help cool the room down. One small issue the USB plug to charge our mobile phones didn't work but we couldn't report this on checking out because reception was unmanned. We would recommend Haydock Premier Inn.
Stayed here for business, hotel was great as always with premier inn. Charlotte the lady on reception was lovely and accomodating despite it being the hottest day of the year , she made me feel welcome and hunted hotel for a better fan for me. Great service.
Don't let the facia of the building put you off...it needs some TLC to be sure but once inside things are as I have come to expect from premier inns. Clean comfortable rooms, great beds but what this one excels at is the friendliness of all the staff I encountered.
