When invited to get a takeaway from "Just Eat" I should have smelt a rat. I made the mistake of ordering a soup and a burger, whilst investing in a bottle of wine. I'd nearly finished the wine when the soup arrived 40 minutes later,(there was no-one else at the bar there at the time) made worse by the dry...

Stayed at the hotel for 2 nights whilst working for a company in Widnes. The hotel is in a great, quiet location easy to find from the motorway. Staff are extremely and made the check in and out procedure easy. I had a ground floor room with adaptation for guests with disabilities which was a lovely size room with ensuite...

Stayed for 1 night in room 205. Large room, nice balcony and comfy bed but that’s as good as it gets. There was an awful smell that hit you as soon as you enter the room (it was like a dirty nappy had been left somewhere). Horrible brown stain on the bathroom floor and mould/stains on the bath seal. Tea/Coffee...

After managing to land last minute tickets to a Liverpool game for me, my son and a friend I was saddled with trying to find a hotel on short notice (less than 24 hours to arrival). Granted, we are way off peak season for this place but still - £49 for a large, comfy double bed and pull out sofa...

Stayed for the Panto sleepover. Can't fault the hotel. Pleasant staff, very nicely decorated. Stayed in the princess balcony room which was excellent, large comfy beds. Separate sleeping area for my daughter. Drinks and sweets in the room for her when we arrived. One small negative, the Chandelier hanging near the balcony doors could do with being raised by a...

We arrived late afternoon at the hotel and checkin was pleasant. We went straight to our room and soon settled in. We had booked a themed suite and our 2 girls aged 6 & 3 thought their sleeping arrangements were fantastic they had bunk bed style beds with their own individual TVs built into the walls. We also had sweets,...

Checked in at 3, you could use your ticket for the splash zone, this is not a swimming pool it's like a kids water play gym with slides and squirting water, (have a look on utube), or the nerf centre if kids over 8 (ours 2&4). There is a small room with a few children's toys and a tree house...

First impressions of this hotel were great. It looks lovely from the outside and inside is similarly impressive. The family rooms are just perfect. Spacious with modern and attractive decor, king size bed, and there is a separate area for kids around a corner that has bunk beds with their own individual TV's. Bliss. If only all family rooms were...

We stayed at this hotel overnight and had the package which included a meal and panto in the park, the Santa express and entry in the park. The hotel was great and most importantly clean, the kids loved the cowboy room, the only fault was the very slow service at the bar downstairs. Went down to get some snacks as the...
