Hotel very good and near to shopping and food outlets. Staff at the hotel are very proffessional and attend to every need. There is a Carvery next door which is very good. Site parking is available and free to residence.
Very pleasant hotel, handy for the train station. Lift allowed disabled access to all floors and family room had enough space for us and kids. Very nice staff who went out of their way to accomodate us for another night to avoid the recent storm.
Arrived Friday afternoon for a four night stay to see friends and family.Checking in was quick but was told that my room wouldn't be cleaned as I was only staying four nights. Had to endure doors being slammed both day and night and could not relax. Had no clean towels,an overflowing bin and no coffee or milk.Housekeepers just ignored you when you said good morning. If you want to relax and have a good nights sleep then stay elsewhere.
Well situated and a good car park, but that's about it. No air conditioning and an inadequate fan meant an uncomfortable night's sleep. To compound this, the heat controller on the shower went from hot to thermo nuclear only. Why don't Premier Inn provide toilet brushes - they are basic hygiene essentials and not luxuries and should be provided as standard! A disappointing hotel which will be avoided in the future.
The hotel is comfortable and clean, the parking is good, and the location is handy, but it is the staff that makes this place exceptional. I stay at Warrington Central North six or seven times a year for business and the staff are consistently cheerful, welcoming, and helpful. It makes an incredible difference to our team's stay.
I regularly stay in Premier Inns. I know what I am getting and the facilities are usually fine. The Warrington Central North Premier Inn is a little difficult to get to, including if you drive, but there is plenty of parking and plenty of eateries nearby. But, I did get a really good welcome and the staff were very helpful, particularly at breakfast. My room was new and clean, and the wifi worked well. Premier Inn's rarely have AirCon, and it was warm. So I had to sleep with the window open. I LOVE this, as I am not affected by noise and it is the right environmental choice. But others may not like this.
Excellent friendly staff, Great food choices in the restaurant and a great location for our requirement. Clean Family Room (323) with a Fan and a really comfortable bed. Quiet location and lots of parking.
A friendly welcome on arrival after parking in a spacious carpark.Make sure you register your number plate No at reception. A clean comfy room with a good powerful shower. Only a short 15 min walk to town.Usual coffee/tea (no biscuits) and no problem when we asked for more milk at reception.
Premier Inns are almost always the same, we have always found them clean and comfortable and convenient, what sets them apart is the staff and at this Premier inn the staff were excellent. Nothing too much trouble, friendly easy to talk to. Would recommend this hotel for a very pleasant, comfortable stay, with affable, efficient staff
Expected better from a Premier Inn. We stayed for 2 nights and had breakfast here. Both mornings there was no coffee from the machine and were told the beans were on order. One the first day there was hardly anything out on the breakfast table at 9:30am and we had to ask the staff for practically everything. Our room needed a good deep clean and really needs updating. Very disappointing as we have stayed in Premier Inns at various different locations before and had a much better experience.
