We arrived to realise that you have check in yourself via an iPad; very modern if that is what you like but it worked which was great but there wasn't a staff member in sight. We stayed in a club room which was really nice and spacious (huge TV too); the only issues were that our room stank of smoke...

Had a spa day here with a friend through a groupon deal. The spa area is small, but staff are friendly and the place smells wonderful. The hotel is modern and clean, but the pool area needs updating and modernising to bring in line with the rest of the hotel. There was no facility to get a drink in the...

Very nice hotel, modern and nice room with large bathroom. The bed was extremely comfortable and room was warm. Lots of parking and great facilities with the Starbucks and the pub/restaurant. Did not use the swimming pool as was a short stay. Easy to find and ideal for business stays

Great friendly staff, great hotel. Poor menu and food in the restaurant is terrible. Tasteless or flavours that dont work. Almost choked on a bone in my kiev. Had to eat in the pub on leaving the restaurant which cost us even more money but were so hungry we had no other option. Room 201 had a loud rumbling noise...

Clean and smart, business hotel, perfect for a Sunday night stay. Working on the nearby business park allowed for a leisurely morning breakfast with no need to combat the Monday morning get to work Grad Prix. Quiet night with no disturbances.

Clean hotel and room, excellent breakfast. The hotel is in a good location to walk into the centre of Warrington, with free parking on site. Leisure facilities were good and clean also. Check in was via a screen at reception rather than a member of staff. Easy to use but that personal touch and welcome on arrival has gone.
