Stayed at the executive suite for a week. Don’t really have a lot bad to say about my stay to be fair. Staff were very helpful, friendly and efficient!

I was really disappointed in the stay here, staff very inattentive. Heating not working in room so cold when we arrived, a tatty oil filled electric radiator was put in we could not move it around as wheels were broken.

Excellent trip to Wolverhampton/Birmingham to see Mama Mia. Hotel , room, staff very good. Food served quickly not self service, large portions, good quality. Show exceptional and coach/driver very helpful. All in all for the price one of National Holidays better ones. Would recommend it.

Recently went with friends for afternoon tea. We spent a lovely afternoon - delicious food, plenty of tea and coffee and friendly, courteous staff. What more could you want. Would definitely recommend.
