What a lovely place and host. Chrissy can`t do enough for you and is always eager to please. Upon arrival a lovely smiling face greeted us and showed us to the French room which is at the front, sea facing. To those who follow my excursions there are 18 good sized stairs not mega difficult to the room. There was...

Very pleasantly surprised. A very very VERY warm friendly welcome from the lovely Wendy who went the extra mile to try her best to get us a room. Chrissy (owner) also a lovely lady made sure everything was sorted and delivered. Room was the one in the back (no sea view) but still very cosey. Very very VERY immaculately clean...

Just had a wonderful overnight stay at Benson's. Received a warm welcome on arrival, room was really lovely (had the twin room which has wonderful sea views) and immaculately clean. Really loved the little touches like flowers in the room, fresh milk in the fridge, little chocolates by the bed. If felt like the owners really cared about getting things...

Lovely guesthouse run by lovely people. The French room was as promised - clean, nicely decorated, very comfortable beds (firm mattresses) and great sea view. A stones throw from the beach and a short walk along the prom to the pier. The local swimming pool was an added bonus as only a few minutes on foot for an early dip,...

This wonderful home offers comfort and TLC in abundance. Everything from the wonderful complimentary muffins made without dairy products for my husband to the fresh fruit in the room. Then our disabled son joined us for a birthday breakfast, which could only be described as superb and they would not take any money for his food! Thank you very much...

My mother stayed in the French Room which also had an en-suite and she loved its exceptional sea view. Christine and...

Never having stayed at a B & B before I did not know what to expect and Benson’s was a wonderful surprise. The standards were very high and it was spotlessly clean.
