We stayed here this weekend and attended a local wedding. The staff couldn't have been more helpful, they got a room ready early as we had been travelling a long way and we were able to get changed for the wedding. Highly recommended

Arrived at 14:20 on a Saturday and the receptionist gave us a warm and genuine welcome, before saying that she would actually check the room was ready. We had a small problem with the thermostat in the room - we couldn't adjust the temperature. I phoned reception and the young lady came up - took the front of the thermostat,...

I've stayed at many premier Inn's and in most of them there is always a warm welcome, but in this one the welcome was verging on hot!! Didn't get the name of the receptionist, but she was a gem! I get the impression that nothing would have been too much trouble for her - she actually went and checked the...

Stayed here march 2017. Arrived tired after a long day, wonderfully welcomed by Nicki with a big smile - she made me feel very welcome. I'd love to be able to take her with me to welcome me at other hotels! She's a gem. Such a change from so many receptionists.. Room was fine, clean and comfortable, and thankfully Lenny...

Stayed here for two nights, the staff were all so friendly and pleasant and Nicky was more than helpful and sorted out our room problem (the aircon/heating didn't work) with a portable heater. All other aspects of the room were perfect. Dinner & Breakfast in the Table Table restaurant was lovely, everything cooked to perfection and even though it was...

We generally stay at Premiers if we are staying one night away and have never been disappointed. The staff are efficient and friendly at Yeovil Airfield and it had a really cosy feel, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Also breakfast was fantastic, very tasty with loads of choices.

A very easy to find location which is a nice size hotel with really friendly staff. We stayed here as we were planning a trip to Shaftesbury and the Fleet Air Arm Museum, both easy enough to get to. The reception staff as we arrived and left were so friendly and helpful and the table table restaurant next door served...

Great atmosphere and relaxed surrounding. Food was served piping hot; delicious and tasty. Drinks were hot and there was plenty of choice. Would definitely go back there again. Staff were helpful and friendly too

The quietest Premier Inn we've ever stayed in (mid-week Feb), just on two floors and with room keys! Plenty of parking, Table Table/Airfield Tavern next door (lovely waiting-on staff), good food, no long wait for food. Yeovil crematorium around the corner (we were down for a funeral) very handy. Asda nearby where we bought a toothbrush as we'd forgotten one,...

Do not get the breakfast, standards and service was hurrendous. Waited nearly an hour for a burnt breakfast from a moody waitress called berneace! Buffet was never restocked and had to seat our selves. Hotel tiny and room minimal. Decent parking. I wouldn't expect great things from this hotel.
