Never stayed in a Premier Inn before. This hotel was spotlessly clean and in great surroundings, despite being just off the M40. The hotel staff were all friendly but special mention has to go to Jack Storey who made our stay that much more enjoyable. Jack was incredibly helpful, polite and very friendly to us as he served us our...

After a highly disappointing 2 nights stay at a so called "luxury" hotel in Ettington we chose to stay at the premier inn on our last night visiting friends before heading home and this was the BEST decision we could have made!! We loved our stay from the moment we walked through the front door being greeted by lovely reception...

We stayed at this hotel whilst attending a wedding for some friends in Banbury. We requested an early check in and whilst we were not expecting to get the room when we arrived at 11.30am the receptionist was very welcoming and managed to make a room available after 10 minutes, with 2 kids beds made up as well. The staff...

So having spent the previous 2 nights at the nearby 'luxury' Ettington Chase Hotel, we (myself and my 3 friends, 1 sharing with me and 2 in another room) booked the Premier Inn for one last 'cheap' night down south before we headed back to Aberdeen. However having been thoroughly disappointed at the previous hotel (see review!), we were utterly...

Stayed in this premier inn while on a family holiday , spent two nights and it was a perfect base for the Cotswolds and Warwick , new hotel and as always in premier inns spotlessly clean and very very comfy beds and rooms. The only reason I have not given a 5 star is that at breakfast there seemed to...

We had never stayed in a Premier Inn before but as we were only looking for a clean bed & shower for 1 night we decided to give it a try. What a surprise… it was fantastic value for money. Nice clean room and bathroom, plenty of free tea & coffee available. Although we didn't make use of the restaurant/bar...

Didn't want to leave as this place is really lovely. From friendly staff in check-in, a lovely little bar and a very nice room. We were close to the motorway but couldn't hear any traffic possibly due to the quadruple glazing! Beds also very, very comfortable! Everything you could wish for and more!

Stayed here for two nights in July. This is a comparatively new purpose-built property and the rooms are well designed with great beds so that Premier does deliver on its promise to provide a good night's sleep. Breakfast buffet is also really good value with a wide choice of fare. The staff are young, friendly and polite and efforts to...

I have to say I find most PI's very good and this was no exception. I hadnt booked in online but on arrival somebody came quickly when I requested assistance. Room was excellent, clean, and quiet. Food which I had pre-paid on the meal deal was very good value, 2 courses, a drink, and full breakfast for £23. The only...

Avoid at all costs terrible hotel. Chef undercooked meats regularly and was extremely moody, manager had to cook in the end, staff moody and clearly not interested in hospitality. Bar very noisey, police activity at hotel was constant. Alcohol served all night. Not great if your looking for a good nights sleep and/or great value for money. No soya milk...
