Reception staff were Brilliant. Room was lovely and clean but freezing. Heating took ages to even warm room a little. We had dinner in the restaurant, not the quickest food but food was decent. Breakfast was shocking!!! Absolutely no hot food. Ended up just having continental, gave up waiting!

We stayed for one night and the staff were very friendly and helpful but my only problem was lack of parking but the hotel and the breakfast were great and there is a Toby carvery, Costa and Frankies & Bennys next door so no need to drive.

The staff were very friendly and most helpful. The hotel was clean, bright and very safe. The location, just off the M40, suited us perfectly as we were travelling from Manchester to Surrey and wanted to break up the journey. We purchased the meal deal fro Dinner and Breakfast which proved to be excellent value.

I've stayed in a lot of Premier Inns and this is about the best I've stayed in. The checkin was via an automated machine which walked me through the process clearly and efficiently, although I did feel it lacked the personal touch slightly. However I arrived quite late and I presumed there were staff there who would have been able...

I really have nothing bad to say about this hotel from check in to leaving. The staff were so friendly and helpful especially Ali behind the bar, nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were spotless as usual with a Premier Inn, we ate in the hotel one night and the food was lovely and plenty of it, the breakfast...

This premier inn was next to the M40 but there was no motorway noise and we were extremely pleased with every aspect of the hotel. The staff, the room and the breakfast were very good. We have found Premier Inns, especially this one to be excellent value for money, especially if you book well in advance.

Thank you Premier Inn. Easy to find, comfortable beds, good value food and friendly staff. Considering how close the hotel is to the M40 it is remarkably quiet. Will be happy to book another Premier Inn in the future.
