We chose to base our bed & breakfast accommodation in the Peak District after falling in love with the natural beauty of the local area. We can cater to both long and short breaks and aim to make sure you feel at home the moment you walk through the door. We have won awards for the quality of our breakfast that makes the most of our very own Hall Farm House hen eggs, locally sourced produce and homemade bread. Plus, we have continually maintained a four star rosette from Visit England for the quality of our bed and breakfast accommodation. Hall Farm House has three bedrooms available, including two doubles and a twin. We look forward to welcoming you to the Peak District!

Me and my wife stayed here for a couple of nights during the May bank holiday. Annette and Fraser were lovely hosts! They gave us tips on where to go and what not to miss. The rooms were clean and tidy with all the normal amenities. Comfortable bed and the breakfast was lovely each morning. Will stay again for sure!

We booked here for a couple of days in the peak district. Annette & Fraser were very friendly hosts. The room was very clean & tidy & had everything we needed for our trip. A good hearty breakfast too with a good choice. We really enjoyed our stay. Would recommend to anyone wanting a nice peaceful place to rest after a long walk.

Just stayed one night here, and would stay again. Lovely rooms (twin and own separate shower room and bathroom) - biggest bathroom ever!! Such friendly hosts, very relaxing and high quality B&B. Breakfast - wow! wonderfully home cooked. Any downside.... yes the weather but the scenery is great anytime.

We spent 3 nights in this delightful B&B in Litton. TV in a large room with en suite shower and toilet and stunning views to wake up to. Free Wifi was also available. Breakfast was beautifully cooked, many choices and presented with high attention to detail. The comfort tray in the room had everything including tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits. Fraser and Annette Scott were brilliant hosts with excellent local knowledge upon request. They were unobtrusive but always there if you needed them. There was ample off road parking and the local Pub is 200 metres away! If you are looking for a top quality b&b in the Peak District in a picturesque village setting, look no further. This is an absolute gem. We were so comfortable and I cannot praise it enough.

Just got back from a night at the Hall Farm House B&B with our kids. We have been using Premier Inns and Travelodges recently, but this reminded us what we have been missing with B&Bs! Annette and Fraser were lovely hosts. Their house was spotless and in a beautiful location with a great pub close by for an evening meal. Breakfast was really tasty including eggs from the large group of resident very free-range chickens. We will definitely be back next time we are in the Peaks
