Wow wow wow! We popped in a my Dad who is a local loves visiting this pub for great tasting homemade meals.
It was an extremely warm welcome when we arrived, the service was fantastic and when the food came we were very impressed.

Stayed for new years eve, very warm welcome from Stuart, lovely room very comfortable excellent evening meal and a very convivial way to welcome in the new year, very comfortable nights sleep and a very tasty breakfast served by a cheerful waitress

We booked Sunday lunch at the Jug and Glass, it was excellent both in quality and value, we shall certainly go again and we recommend it strongly.
The food was wonderful and homecooked, great atmosphere and very friendly service.
We called in for Sunday lunch with a friend. It was faultless. Excellent quality produce, good service, friendly staff -which creates a comfortable atmosphere and was reasonably priced. We all thoroughly enjoyed the food and the surroundings and will definitely be back again.
