We booked Cruck'd Barn, Bat's Belfry and Amberleigh house for a family party of 21 from as far away as Aberdeen, Surrey and South Wales. The venue was excellent - freezing cold when we first arrived as the heating had not been on but very quickly warmed up, in fact upstairs in Cruck'd Barn where we spent most of our...

We stayed at Bats Belfry, a beautiful cottage in a beautiful setting. The house is clean, modern yet cosy, with a well equipped kitchen for cooking and stunning views all around. Great setting for country walks, country pubs... in particular, the Royal Oak down the road!! Above all the service you get when dealing with Peak Venues is first class.

We had a fantastic weekend at Hurdlow Grange. The house was equipped very well - especially the kitchen. The rooms were flexible with regard to being twins or double which suited us well. There was ample room round the dining table for 12 of us to sit and eat and drink. Plenty of storage room and fridge space. Nice walking...

Found Peak Venues during a Google search and absolutely delighted I did. I have never encountered such a welcoming, helpful company. They team at Peak Venues and The Royal Oak went above and beyond to ensure everyone had a great stay. I booked the whole of Hurdlow Grange for 2 days team away days (21 adults) and very glad I...

This large detached seventeenth century house is on a courtyard with three others which can be rented together or separately. The house was clean and modern. It was well equipped. All rooms are ensuite and kitchen and bathrooms are well equipped.

We rented 2 properties here - Cruck'd Barn and Amberleigh House for a weekend away for my sisters hen party. We were a mature party of 15, all over the age of 30. Both properties were sufficient for what we needed. The open plan social space in Cruck'd Barn was great for us. We were all able to dine comfortably...

Couldn't have asked for any more. The property was comfortable and well equipped. Beautiful big kitchen with everything we needed. Loved the seating area looking out to the field watching the kids play. The accommodation sleeps 8. Whilst we were a family of 5 the only negative thing I would say is that it would have been overcrowded had there...

We have had an amazing time at Hurdlow Grange. Taking over 3 properties we had plenty of room for 20 and were easily able to all eat together, plenty of crockery, cutlery and glasses. The properties were all well stocked and the little extras, hand soap, shower gel, bin bags, dish washer tablets, tea, coffee etc were a welcome change...

We had a fantastic week at The Cruck'd Barn in Hurdlow Grange. The accommodation was spacious and clean. The kitchen was well equipped, and we had a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and a freezer, which was really helpful. The large sofas were cosy and comfortable. The beds were really comfy, we all slept really well there, including my 80 year...

Fantastic place!! We held our Senior Management Team workshop here in May, Peak Venues were highly professional. Hurdlow Grange was just beautiful, we hired all the buildings and the whole team loved it, the rooms were very clean and furnished to a high standard. I would recommend this venue if your business fancies something different for an away day. The...
