Pro's: large comfy bed, good central location, outlook out back onto fields, good cleanliness standard. Kitchen well equipped. Con's: located on a main noisy road and little to deaden noise. Meant we could not open window to let in fresh air. Neighbouring wall thin and upstairs creaky, so heard footsteps etc. In self catering (no b&b available).. If in room... More

A great place at a great location. Easy self check in. Room was spotless and very comfy. Great views at the rear of the property. Our visit was primarily to walk around Chepstow Castle and village. I highly recommend a tour of the castle, lots of history and interest. At the end of our tour we stopped off for some... More

The accommodation is in an annex away from the main house so you can come and go as you please without disturbing anyone . The room was light and airy with a huge bed . Fabulous service from booking our room over the phone to meeting Sarah at breakfast and settling the bill. Warm, friendly welcome. Clean, comfortable room with hopsitality tray and basic catering equipment if we needed it. Self check in with our own front door, which meant it didn't matter that we were delayed by family, so arrived later than expected. Great... More

We have stayed here a few times before and have always been impressed with the whole experience. Ample parking, room is lovely and well equipped with everything you could possibly need including a small kitchenette. Fresh milk in the fridge; the bed is big and very comfortable; shower good and hot; towels soft and fluffy. We have had the amazing... More

A really well run establishment, in a lovely location.. The rooms are very comfortable and well maintained. I have stayed in many five star hotels that could learn a thing or to about hospitality from Sarah the owner. As for the breakfast, I would just say don't eat too big a dinner the night before, because the locally sourced food... More

Stayed for one night, arrived to milk in the fridge and everything in order. The only negative is that one side of the annex rooms faces a main road which is audible. I slept with ear plugs and didn't notice it. The other side of the annex is a lovely patio door overlooking a nice field though. A real struggle... More

I stayed for 2 days and it's was great! The room was large, clean, super comfy bed, lovely quiet location with views of rolling hills! Sarah makes the best eggs in all of Wales for sure ! She even dropped us back at the train station on Sunday morning to save us getting a cab! Highly recommended 😊

Mine host, Sarah, is a very warm and welcoming lady who runs a very warm and welcoming Guesthouse. The rooms are well equipped, well decorated and very comfortable. The beds are spotless and comfortable. Sarah is a mine of information about the local area and produces a superb breakfast made up of local produce where possible. The locally sourced sausages... Stayed at Willowbrook for 2 nights. Wonderful welcome from Sarah - you leave feeling like friends! Room (family room) was excellent - really comfortable and excellent value. Breakfast was one of the best we have had in any B&B in the UK - great choice, great service and excellent quality produce. Have stayed in other Chepstow establishments but this is... More
