My wife and I have just returned from staying one evening in a suite at Kinnaird Estate. I can safely say our room was the largest bedroom I have ever stayed in. The whole place is just amazing, with friendly staff. We opted the dine in the property and the food was excellent. It is slight unnerving as you do...

We (two couples) stayed at Kinnaird Estate Guest House recently. It was a most enjoyable experience. The house itself is lovely and the breakfast delicious. The manager Shannon Mulholland is a trained chef and steps in for her hired chef on his days off. Shannon not only prepared an excellent breakfast, but told us that she was totally flexible so...

We stayed here many times when Kinnaird was an hotel. Returning to it as a guest house did not disappoint! The bedrooms are beautiful, bathrooms huge, public areas luxurious & comfortable. We were told it'll finally close in May but hope that's not the case!

This was our fourth visit to Kinnaird Estate Guest House and it is still as wonderful as always. We have requested the same room since our first visit and it is like coming home. The room is so large and tastefully decorated with a wonderful view over the gardens and river. The bathroom is huge with wonderful fluffy towels. We...

This estate house is beautiful with majestic grounds and friendly, welcoming staff. On our first visit to Scotland, we had booked two nights here. We were lucky to be able to double our stay and would have stayed longer, had the house not been fully booked for the weekend. Even though the home is a grand old estate, my husband,...

Absolutely lovely three night stay at Kinnaird House. Unparalleled surroundings, friendly staff and Malcolm the gillie was very knowledgeable about local waters and fun to spend the day with. Beautiful views of the Tay and surrounding countryside, great walks on your doorstep. NOT haunted. We stayed in room 4 Balnamuir, lovely with river view and hot, powerful shower. Own gas...

We started going here in the mid-1990s and had an intimate wedding reception for family and close friends at Kinnaird in 1997. It was then a very up-market hotel, open only part of the year and geared to shooting and fishing, and to discreet retreats for diplomats, bankers, and the like. Then the owner, Mrs Ward, retired and had the...

We spent a lovely 2nights at this really interesting and different Hotel. Although it is very grand with fabulous decor it has a very relaxed and welcoming feel. Our room and bathroom were huge and well equipped with views across the garden. Food was excellent with a set 3course dinner, although initially we were a wee bit concerned about the...
