We arrived to the front of the hotel at around 2pm and proceeded to the rear for the car park, it was then we noticed how bad it looked from the rear very dated is a understatement. The car park if you can call it that is really only accessible by a 4x4 as it's so uneven with bricks and... More

Smooth check in, hotel is very dated and in need of a good refurbishment. The room was on the small side but adequate with kettle tv etc. Single glazed windows though. The beer however in the hotel bar is disgusting. We tried two different beers but they were both horrible so we left it. The breakfast however is really good... More

The views from this hotel are amazing! And the staff were lovely! However the hotel is obviously currently in the middle of a refurb and so some of the rooms are a little dated! However once the modernisation is complete I think this hotel will be lovely. The beds are all incredibly comfy, something that is not always found with... More

This hotel is in a good location but that is all it has going for it. The whole hotel needs a complete refit, the decoration is appalling to say the least and the few staff that there are need trainjng. Breakfast is nothing special, the selection very limited.

Having read the previous reviews (stupidly after booking) I was dreading the stay. However it was not nearly as bad as I had expected. Yes the hotel is shabby and in dire need of updating. However the room was ok, beds were comfortable and the breakfast was fine. The staff were pleasant and on checking out I mentioned the feeble... More

What a direct place this is the only redeeming feature is the staff who try to keep the peace from complaining guests who they have multiples of. In the 3 nights we spent there is heard at least seven different guests complaining about a range of things that ranged from filthy rooms to damp/mouldy rooms to poor options from the... More

Older Hotel. Rooms and bed good. Breakfast room clean and big. Only had breakfast. Fry up, toast, cereal and fruit juice available. Bar roomy and quiet. Staff were very friendly and polite. Car park at back of building could do with tarmac. Hopefully done before we go again.
