Everything needs improving! Everything was stained, dirty and disgusting! The first member of staff at reception was helpful and seemed more interested that the one at check out time, the wall paper is ripped off and ceiling is damp, drawers were filthy and stained, bed had hairs in and it was freezing cold, me and my partner both woke up...

I checked in way passed 1am and the guy at reception could not be more accommodating. Kevin helped out even before I checked into the hotel by making sure that I was aware of where to park. After check in I asked if they did food and he said they do and showed me the menu. He personally brought the...

A great location on the sea front but the venue needs a makeover. Stained ceilings, battered furniture and a uneven floor in the bathroom in which some very rough repairs had been carried out. All that said, everything was clean. Walls paper thin so one can hear every sound next door. But what can one expect for £25 a night.

Only stopped over for one night late at night with the plan of moving on early next morning on the Eurotunnel. Reception was just like take money take keys. I mean I understand you get what you paid for but the bed under the covers had a hair, not ours. And glitter in the bed. Also not ours. Was unable...

A one night stay before travelling over to the Netherlands however I think I would have prefered to sleep rough than stay here ever again. Couldn't sleep as the beds were so uncomfortable and the hotel doesn't even have central heating. Our bedroom window was cracked in several places, the wallpaper peeling off and rubbish in the room from previous...

So bad we couldn't stay more than 1 hour. The hotel was cold, unwelcoming, dirty, in need of gutting. If your brave enough to go there, complain lots & Eventually you will get a move or another blanket.

Avoid at all costs. Have stayed here several times whilst working in Folkestone. It just gets worse. Cold, poor decor, and broken appliances. Suitable for a HOSTEL. No atmosphere around bar as it's always empty. Better off going to supermarket and purchasing own drink and taking it back to room

Very outdated decor, kettle only worked if you kept your finger on the button until it boiled, TV didn't work at all. Wifi was intermittent. No duvet just a tatty blanket and a thin bedspread. Was told a sea view and got a view of the car park. Although it was cheap I still didn't get what was advertised
