We stayed (mum and I, we each had our own room) for one night. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is just off the M62, so easy to find and there is plenty of parking. Rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Like others have mentioned, the windows didn't always close properly. In one room we could not...

Hadn't stayed for a while and was pleased to see rooms had been upgraded. Reception staff were really good and helpful. The hotel was really busy which meant a long delay for breakfast. We were told about the delay, we didn't mind, but breakfast then a bit Luke warm which was a shame as it was decent quality. Would happily...

My wife & I stayed at the Briar Court Hotel recently, for a few nights, as we were visiting family. The room was very clean, fresh & spacey, with everything that you would expect, of a good quality Hotel. I must really give credit to the Briar Court Hotel’s staff, Isobel, Helen & Cheryl, very helpful, sincere, caring, always with...

Stayed here on business for one night. It was booked through Booking.com so had a good B&B rate, which I felt was fair, I would not want to pay much more than £60. The room was clean and tidy however the window did not shut properly so was drafty. Attached to the hotel is an Italian restaurant Da Sandro which...

Attended a wedding yesterday and the wedding was amazing, isobel is an asset to the company, couldn't fault the staff or food involved in the wedding day! The massive problem was the awful scottish bloke on reception, firstly he charged £1 more on drinks than every other member of staff! Next I got a rude awakening to him pinning my...

Warm smiles at reception and the bar and at breakfast. Even the cleaning lady looked happy ! Ask for a room facing the rear car park as the front road is busy. Breakfast is lovely. John Smiths (beer) is served a too cold for me. Overall very happy.
