Right from the opening of the door and the personal welcome, it was obvious that this was an above average Guest House. Just stayed for one night but very impressed. Spotlessly clean, room well equipped, comfy bed, tea/coffee facilities and even hotel style essentials in the en-suite shower room. Breakfast in the morning after a cosy nights sleep was also...

Was looking for somewhere to stay for 1 night with husband and a friend in order that we could watch Rugby in Huddersfield and stay overnight before travelling back to Essex. What a find? I originally said we would be arriving earlier than we did. I received a message checking arrival time - wow good service. The room I stayed...

Stayed one night as we had a funeral in Elland the following morning. Excellent value, lovely room with en suite and tv and tea making facilities. Spotlessly clean. Very comfy bed and nice fluffy towels. Made to feel so welcome by Steve a real home from home. Breakfast was excellent with a good selection of cereals and fruits. No keeping...

A great place. Quiet, clean and comfortable. Really friendly staff, and a brilliant breakfast. Also very dog friendly with the Brighouse Boundary walk only a few yards away. Easy access to the M62 and to Huddersfield.

I needed somewhere to stay where my 3 dogs and I would be comfortable and I did not have to pay the earth for them. This was a great place, very comfortable and clean - good parking. Plenty of room for all of us - including the crate for the puppy. Lovely shower

We stayed her for one next for a birthday celebration and the b&b was brilliant. On arrival we we're greeted by Steve who showed us to our rooms. The rooms were lovely and had everything you needed for a little get away. Nothing was too much trouble, as Steve even bought up a vacuum at 9pm to help us get...

This is a lovely, friendly B&B. The rooms are very clean and comfortable with ensuite and tv. We stayed for a week and had a room at the front with lovely views. Although it was on the main road which was busy at rush hour it was very quiet at night. The second time we spent just one night as...

I stayed at this lovely guest house several nights a week for an extended period. For me the attraction was that it felt more like a home-from-home than a hotel, I got a personal welcome, extra help like looking after my luggage and retrieving forgotten items, the rooms felt very cosy, and I slept very well there. It has all...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
"Comfortable rooms" "Excellent breakfast" "Friendly, helpful and welcoming" just some of the comments from our guest book in 2012. We offer a modern approach to B & B with the emphasis on great value and outstanding service. We don't charge a fortune but that doesn't mean that what we offer is second best, we work hard to ensure that what we offer exceeds expectations. We look forward to meeting you soon! ... more   less
