The Cambridge Hotel is excellent value for money. Check in and out very quick. 10 minute walk from train station. A clean well presented room. Large comfy double bed (pillows a little hard). Fridge in room if need. A lack of sockets near bed as many hotels lack but plenty on other side of room. Free wifi. Bathroom fine and...

Stayed for one night (Sat 11th March). Great location walking distance from town centre. Young lady at reception was welcoming, friendly, helpful. Plenty of free parking spaces. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was only £5 extra and was well worth it. The only downside was we could hear noise from another room (voices, TV) - not...

Found the hotel very easily, covered car park was full but plenty of room in the other one. The hotel is outside the town centre but is an easy walk into town and over to Town's ground. Checking in was carried out quickly and easily with a helpful staff member. We booked a twin room which had a double and...

It took us a while to fine the Cambridge Hotel, once we found it though, parking was good, as was the reception and room. A good, cheap hotel that I would recommend and return too. It is just a short distance from Huddersfield centre as well.

We book the Cambridge hotel on the last minute and chose it over the other hotels in Huddersfield due to price and its location. The Hotel is off the main road up a side road with its own car park to the rear. The receptionist was excellent and very informative. Our room was on the second floor over looking the...

We came from Wales to collect our new puppies from the area so decided to experience Huddersfield first for 2 nights. First of all, don't listen to the negative reviews about the breakfast and strange people hovering outside. It's not true. There are people going into the Laser Quest outlet and bodybuilding gym next door who stand outside their entrances...

Booked in for the night because we were going to an event at the Lawrence Batley Theatre and didn't want a long drive home whilst Storm Doris was ranting. The hotel was easy to find with secure on-site parking; from the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome. Our double room with ensuite shower was clean, nicely...

We booked this hotel for an overnight stay in Huddersfield. It is a lovely hotel located about 10 mins from the town centre. The room was comfortable and very clean and the staff were helpful and very friendly. The rooms were also very well equipped with a hairdryer, ironing board and iron, toiletries, a fridge and tea and coffee making...
