The hotel is very modern and clean. We chose to stay here as we had an early flight departing from Luton Airport the next morning. The beds were comfortable and we also enjoyed a very nice meal at the on-site restaurant. For some reason, we were given an adjoining room, and you could sometimes hear conversations in the next room (although it didn’t disturb our sleep). It was a very easy 15 minute walk to the airport, which was great.

Exceeded my expectations on an overnight stay. Really nice decor, very comfortable, modern and almost chic for an airport hotel Room was excellent, comfortable bed and enough space to feel relaxed. Shower lacked power but again, decor and finishings really good. Staff were excellent and the breakfast was really good - a decent selection of hot items, and not just really cheap ingredients which is often the case at such hotels, plus cereals, fruit and yoghurts. All in all I was mighty impressed.

This hotel was fantastic, you get luxurious comforts - so much nicer than I was expecting from an airport hotel. There was even a nice coffee machine. The shower gel was lovely and a nice scent to wake you up in the morning. This is ideal if you have an early morning flight at Luton. Rooms are huge and so were the bathrooms. The other downside was that you could hear people walking and talking in the corridor. Staff super friendly and lovely. Breakfast was plentiful. Starts at 4.30am but the hot food still wasn't out by the time we were leaving about 5ish. There was still loads of choice without the hot breakfast items though. Parking was £10 a day which was good and you can just walk to the terminal, very easy with luggage. Within 12 minutes you are inside! Easy to get to. Would definitely stay here again.…

Absolutely fantastic… Best customer service I have experienced in many years of traveling! Karina, Rebekah, Felix and Simona jumped through hoops to help me secure catering for a private flight when nothing g else was available!! Outstanding! The property was also lovely with many amenities.
