I have never stayed in such a filthy, smelly, disgusting hotel in all my life. The rooms were tiny with stains all over the walls, the shower curtains mouldy along with all the metal fixings rusting. The smell in the corridors can only be described as smelling of wet dog. Check in was an absolute shambles. One person checking in a queue of about 20 guests and when you finally get to the front of the queue each of you has to fill in form with so many completely unnecessary personal details. There was only one lift operational so one of the trips we took up the stairs…. Discarded rubbish of a personal intimate nature. Needles and other related paraphernalia, filth all up the stairs. I think the local council uses this hotel as a halfway house… the immediate area is disgusting, filthy, and downright dangerous. Directly outside the door the area is littered with broken glass, discarded cans, vomit, what I can assume is probably urine all up the walls. Absolutely vile. The breakfast was passable but cold. Just don’t stay here if you can avoid it…
I’ll keep this pretty simple It was a very pleasant experience and it works very well. Staff pleasant and helpful. Rooms clean. Can get a beer if you want. Can get a pizza until 3:00am if you need to eat. It’s in the centre of the town with restaurants and bars a stones-throw away ( a little noise from Saturday night revellers, it didn’t bother me - (but that was my choice to keep the window open) . Clean rooms and public areas. Limited but very acceptable buffet breakfast included with all rooms. Limited free parking but massive public car park adjacent. All in all absolutely unbelievable value for money.
Very nice stay in Luton town Room was perfect Very comfortable bed and great views of the town Will be staying here again as soon as possible thank you to reception lady Ginni for your help xxxxxxxxxxxxx
Perfect location right behind the station and next to a very complete mall, including a most interesting indoor market. The room and all areas were clean, they offer a good breakfast already included in the price, it's wonderful for such a fair price, and has a very nice staff. Thanks especially to Ginni!
This hotel can be hit and miss, for the price I can’t complain but when it comes to the rooms it’s luck of the drawer. If your on a high floor it’s unlikely you will get hot water. When I questioned this with the staff they said it was because the pump doesn’t reach high enough! I stay here regularly for business as it’s a great price, clean and the staff are great, especially Marius who is always helpful and accommodating. The hotel is dated and needs investment but when the room rates are £40-£50 a night people need to get in the real world and not expect the standards of the ritz! The breakfast is complimentary and of a good standard, the rooms are clean and the Wi-Fi is free. What more do people want for the price!
Booked the hotel last minute so we could go and watch luton the next day, arrived at midnight to a great reception, parked the car easily and all was great, staff were amazing, go to my room and all night and I literally mean ALL Night there was noise from people shouting and banging in the hall way, then shouting in the room next door to me, I got no sleep, 8am went for breakfast, was ok but nothing excellent, Wi-Fi was poor, I been to a war zone and had better Wi-Fi, 24 hour security should have made me question it, went to my room at 9 (after breakfast) and decided to have a sleep only to be woken at 0930 by cleaners trying to get in my room(was told checkout was 12) why are cleaners knocking on my door at 0930? I usually stay in a hotel before luton games and have stayed here a few times and this is by FAR the worst!!!! I will be avoiding from now on, I book a hotel to relax and get a good night sleep not have inconsiderate guests shouting and banging all night, not the experience I had on previous visits but will NOT visit again.…
On arrival met by the lovely Ginni and Maria. Although we were a little early room was available and we checked in. No hair dryer on the room. But this was requested and supplied within a few minutes. Have stayed here before numerous times and always found staff to be helpful and courteous. It’s value for money and lots of choice st breakfast.
One of the best ever accommodation I stayed. The location is excellent. The rooms are clean nice breakfast.. warm welcome. The reception and management are superior...they do every effort to make you feel home..very helpful..Thanks to Ginnis and Danish and wish them all the best.
Just an overnight stay, only one very big complaint the room was absolutely boiling,we turned the radiator to 0 but it was still jumping off the wall!!(room 815),opened the window as much as it would go but I’m afraid it ruined our sleep as was so uncomfortable, otherwise everything else was very good, staff very pleasant & although not a vast range the breakfast was adequate & room clean, bathroom tiny but was everything we needed.
