Hotel is comfy and warm, with friendly staff. Good breakfast, and able to provide gluten-free bread - I rang first to confirm and it was immediately understood without any problem. Parking is directly behind the hotel which is a great advantage. It is a very convenient location, in the main Avenue of shops and cafes etc. and just a 2-minute...

Lovely clean hotel with pleasant helpful staff. Easy to park in free car park at rear of hotel. Also let me park there before I checked in as a rally in Minehead meant that the car parks were closed. Good location for local amenities. Would recommend this hotel and stay again.

We had a generous pretty double room. Even though were showing to the street, it didn't appear noisy to us at all. Beach, shops, restaurants etc. all located nearby. Service personnel was very friendly and open. Breakfast was nice - a bit better than average - and dinner was also tasting very good. Dining room and bar also appeared charming...

Hotel is located right in the centre of Minehead, so you can walk everywhere. Hotel has free parking behind which is a great bonus, once you can find it round the one way streets! Good selection at breakfast and the staff were very helpful. Lots of places to visit nearby like Dunster, Lynton and the Exmoor national park. Hotel was...

Excellent location, close to beach, shops and leisure facilities. Room was top notch as were the staff, nothing was too much trouble. Food very good especially breakfast. Close to a theatre staffed by a very enthusiastic group of volunteers. There is a steam railway a few yards away perfect for anoraks. Plenty of free 'off road parking'.

I stayed with my Daughter and my Mum in August. My room was next to the road and the streetlight streamed in through the curtains. Also at night the extractor fan for the kitchen seemed to run all night. I'm sorry to say I had 2 sleepless nights. The bathroom was tiny. Staff were friendly and breakfast was a good...

The location of this hotel could not be bettered as it is a short walk to the sea front, the shops, the steam railway and the pubs. Our room was spotlessly clean with a comfortable bed which had nice linen. There was a generous tray of refreshments which included a tea pot and china mugs. The breakfast was plentiful, hot...

We stayed for two nights over a week end. It is local to many things. Our room was smallish but adequate . It was clean with a good supply of tea & coffee. The only down side was the windows, which had obscure glass in them. I'm not sure if it was to prevent very close neighbours looking in or to...
