Very clean warm and comfortable room with lots of TV channels and tea and coffee making facilities. Nice touch tea coffee and milk were in the hallway so didn't have to ask for replacement supplies. I stayed here on my last night walking the Cleveland Way. The owners very kindly gave me one of their largest rooms, even though I was solo, which made for a lovely comfortable night. Its a perfect B&B, clean and comfortable, and with a very caring and attentive husband and wife team who run the place. It has a nice...

Plus: Friendly Staff, nice clean good quality bed linen, nice sized room for a single, clean dining room although do not seem to cater for a fat free diet. Extra creamy yoghurts, no skimmed milk, no sweeteners out on display. Minus: No skimmed milk, kept asking but ended up buying my own No toilet brush, toilet looked as if it...

For a family room the bathroom is very small ie: you can only get 1 person in the bathroom at once and with kids it needs to be bigger and needs tidying up Breakfast was pre-cooked which was a shame, so bacon/sausage where overcooked staff friendly, got shown round when we arrived

This hotel offered a one nights stay and is extremely close to the beach front, only about an 8min walk. The rooms were cosy and fit the job. The area out front was nice to sit and chat with locals, having a drink in the sun. Pitch and Putt is over the road and Peasholm Park is at the bottom...

Cannot fault the hotel or the staff. Enjoyed a very pleasant stay, the room we stayed in was actually 2 joined together so very spacious for our family of 5. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room, ensuite bathroom which was spotless, all very clean. We would definitely recommend and hope to come again next summer. Thank you!
