Very clean overall, particularly the public areas. Room was a bit small and we wished had been painted a brighter colour but was fine. The service really made the visit, the spa an added bonus. Breakfast was good, if standard fare.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights 23rd and 24th October 2015. The check in was so easy and quick, the staff are lovely and helpful, the room was lovely and clean. We had a family room on top floor with a small window with a sea view. Room had a kingsize bed(2 doubles together) and 2 single beds. Room was big with wardrobe, chest of drawers, table and chair and bedsides tables plus kettle etc. Lovely spacious clean bathroom. Hotel has small pool with jacuzzi and sauna plus offers beauty treatments...

Dirty room with old vomit on the bathroom floor very stained mattresses and thick dust everywhere ..breakfast was swimming in grease and the coffee cold . Nobody to complain to so stayed one night and left . 189.00 for the ruined privilege

Me and my partner arrived at the hotel we had to wait 20 minutes to be checked in. Once someone finally came to check us in we were told our stay was for one night when it was for three. We had an upgrade on our room but would have rather not had it as the room was bizzare,small,dingy different...

Stayed here for 2 nights as part of a group, twin room was at the back of hotel, very small but clean, although heating turned off was like an oven.Bathroom very basic, problems with hot water, there wasn't any for most of out stay, boiler problem (not the first time it would seem). Last minute booking, proved to be just what we needed. Spa pool, sauna, rainforest showers and hot tubs -everything on hand for total de-stressing. This was an unexpected gem of a find. We had amazing sea facing views, the rooms are massive and beautiful. The beds are very comfortable. Staff are great. And the pool is lovely. Cannot fault it and would return in a shot . Thanks for a great stay
