Hotel was OK, room was clean and bed was comfortable. Bathroom in need of a refurb but everything worked OK. Wifi was intermittent or non existent but did mention this to reception so hopefully fixed now, ditto the TV. Breakfast was very good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking on site a bonus.

Thank your for taking the time of provide valuable feedback. The wifi is one of the most reliable and fastest which is required for all guests and for business use. It has been tested and working very well with no further issues. The TV was replaced immediately. Great that to hear the staff were helpful and accommodating. Would like to... More

We stayed overnight at the Beiderbecke Hotel from 28th July to 29th, as we were going to the local theatre. On arrival, we were quickly checked in and on our way to our room (222). Our room was pleasant enough, it had everything we needed and was very clean. We had booked a 'budget' room which was £70 for the... More

We were not sure where to stay apart from Scarborough! It was for an anniversary weekend away after 44 years (47 together) and it had to be special.Looking online, we saw the luxury suite at the Beiderbecke and decided to book it. It was a really good move. The room was lovely, with a small balcony with doors onto it... More

Stayed here for a night as part of a romantic break. Facade pleasant, parking available on site always a plus and room ok although toilet seat needed fixing. We just felt the hotel seemed somewhat dated. Granted, the staff were pleasant enough and were always ready to help and breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The hotel was centrally located which... We stayed for two nights, which we really enjoyed. The Hotel is well positioned in the best part of Scarborough. We were very well looked after during our stay and the full English breakfast was a joy.

We visited this hotel for 3 nights and found it to be very good overall. The staff were friendly and the room was clean, although the toilet seat was a little wobbly and the shower tray was cracked. The hotel is in a good central position and has parking for a small number of cars, the lift was welcome when... More

Well positioned hotel with free parking onsite and nearby. Rooms are a good size and clean and tidy. Staff are very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to help us. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

My husband and I stayed here as a last minute decision. We had no problems with the booking and as it was very last minute (about and hour before we arrived) the check in was smooth and friendly with the added bonus of an upgrade. Out room was spacious, comfy and clean. It was very 'seaside decor' and for some... More

We have stayed here several times, previously Beiderbecke's, then Regency Central and now Beiderbecke's again. Very pleased that the new management are 'turning it round'. Although the interior is worn the hotel is clean. Breakfasts are substantial and service friendly. The location, just behind the Brunswick Shopping Centre is excellent. Our first choice when visiting Scarborough.
