Good value for the money, good location for easy access to and from the town or the sea front. Very nice host 😁 and a brilliant selection of breakfast. It's the perfect location for a quick break away in the fantastic seaside town of Scarborough, we'll be back soon 👍

The Grosvenor Hotel in Scarborough is a lovely little gem for the price you can't ask for more. Gilly is a great host, really friendly and always helpful, the accommodation was clean, tidy and functional. We found our bed to be very comfortable and the linen lovely and soft (very cozy) Ideally placed to explore the local area, two pubs...

Stayed here for one night with my partner. Room was lovely, owner was very friendly and accommodating and breakfast was superb. Very close to the town centre and its amenities. Would recommend to others as value for money and close to everything.

Rooms are not large but are clean and well appointed. Décor is good. Breakfast menu is varied and food is well prepared and excellent quality and quantity. Most of all, Gill, the owner is friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Value is fantastic. Location is good, a short walk from both sea and town centre.

Have stayed here a few times and always found it comfortable and welcoming. Rooms are more than adequate. The owners are always freindly and welcoming. Also flexible as i need to leave before 'official' breakfast time but always get a lovely brekkie before leaving. Overall great value and will be staying again in the future.

Rooms very small and very dirty. Used elastoplast left on floor of room and dust thick on all surfaces All rooms we looked in were like this. Plus side was good breakfast but never saw condition of kitchen....maybe a good thing!!
