Fantastic warm welcome as soon as we arrived and throughout our stay! Lovely room, with extra blankets and heater if needed due to winter weather. Breakfast was brilliant! Tina is friendly, engaging and more than helpful letting us know of local entertainment and directions for the area. Would definitely recommend and return, wonderful stay!

We stayed at Powys Lodge in June and went back in September as we were that impressed. Tina and her mum are so friendly and made a fuss of our little boy. We would return without question. A lovely breakfast, a short distance from the centre and without question the cleanest B&B we have stayed at.

You will be hard pressed to find a better place than Powys Lodge anywhere. Spotlessly clean, lovely food. The owner Tina and her Mum are beautiful people. Everything is so relaxed. Having been to POWYS LODGE for the first time we wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else on the East Coast.

We stayed at Powys Lodge for 1 x night during October Half term. Even though is was only a short stay, the B&B was just what we needed - Tina (Owner) was very welcoming and friendly to both the kids and ourselves throughout the stay. The kids had there own room and TV off of our main bedroom, which they... More

Stayed 1 night at Powys Lodge , easy to find . Few minutes walk to the Esplanade and the Spa , not much further to town centre . Lovely clean and tidy and modern . Not a huge room for a double and a single but at the price we paid it was a bargain . Lovely full English breakfast... More

We stayed here as a large group for an event at Olivers Mount and would definitely return. The B&B is immaculately clean and really nice. We stayed in a double room that was clean and cosy, our friends were in a family room that was also very clean and very spacious. The owners were very welcoming and friendly and helpful... More

We have just returned from a weekend stay at Powys Lodge Guest House in Scarborough. We arrived late on Friday evening due to work commitments, we were greated by Tina, Shaun, Liz and little Elsie. After being shown to our room which was recently renovated and to an extreamly high standard. Tina showed us the little welcome book which had... More

Have stayed here numerous times and will do so again. The property has been beautifully re-furnished over the winter. The rooms are modern, comfortable and immaculately clean. Breakfast is a delight with a lovely buffet followed by freshly cooked bacon etc. Tina really looks after her guests, nothing is too much trouble.

Stayed here for a couple of nights and couldn't fault it. Very friendly, parking not a problem room very modern with well made fixtures and fittings. Breakfast was delicious and food was locally sourced. The dining room was very on trend and filled with lovely objects and soft furnishings as was the lounge. I would highly recommend a stay here.
